* Fixed a bug where the cooldown for charges for Spin Web, Spirit Siphon, Stone Caller, Fire Remnant, and Aghanim's Scepter Demonic Purge was not properly affected by Octarine Core or Arcane Rune.

* Custom games will now use the normal pause rules.
