Hi everyone! Weâre writing this update to announce the release of our latest DLC. This time it features Bradphomet and Warm Walter, two characters who made small appearances on Monster Roadtrip, but now become full-fledged Playable Characters:
Warm Walter is a sleep expert whose favorite activity is catching some Zs. This big, marshmallow-faced fella loves finding the perfect spot for a quick nap, and cuddling is his love language. After his brief appearance in "Monster Roadtrip", you can now become Walter as he looks for someone who could become his little spoon.
But Walter's not the only "Monster Roadtrip" breakout NPC: Bradphomet is a yoga instructor with supernatural deep-breathing skills, and they're both physically and morally flexible. Become Bradphomet as they look for love, even if that means damning a few people to the eternal torment of Hell. If you like stretching your body and donât mind selling your soul to the devil, Bradphomet is literally the GOAT for you.

We'll have a new demo closer to a release.
Hi everyone!
Happy summer, weâre back with an update for Fruitbus! It's been a while since we've done a substantial patch, and it certainly hasn't been for the lack of wanting to.Â
Among a few minor quality of life improvements, we've focused on some long standing bugs like where people lose important items or get their truck permanently stuck, and we really hope we've alleviated the worst cases for some of these, so please don't hesitate to let us know by filing a bug report either on the Steam forums or Discord if you keep experiencing issues.
We are eternally grateful to all of you who have helped us with the quest to crush bugs by sharing info, saves and logs, which have been more than crucial in finding the root cause of any and all issues. Your continued support of the game is heartwarming.
Not only that, but the feedback we receive is so incredibly helpful and thoughtful, and we really hope to have the resources to keep fixing things and making the game better.
The game will likely not have many huge updates or features added, but we have every intention to continue fixing bugs and improving the experience of Fruitbus.
Alright, letâs get rolling on the new features!
You can now reset a save slot to an earlier version! To access this feature, click on Save Slots from the main menu. Then select the green icon.Â
And from there, scroll through your list of previous saves. Date and times of your saves are already there. And yes, this does work on save data prior to the patch ^^
You can now seamlessly swap tools from your backpack. Selecting a tool slot already in use will now swap the currently held tool with the tool in the occupied backpack slot! Weâre hoping this makes your expeditions even smoother!Â
Thanks again for your engagement and support! We could not have done this without you. You can read the rest of the patch notes below!Â
Save backups: You can now reset a save slot to an earlier version.
Tool quick swapping: Placing a held tool in a backpack slot that is occupied will swap the two tools.
Fixed an issue where the truck could get stuck with the wheels half through the ground, and the Unstuck function didnât work.
Fixed an issue where occasional opening of the backpack would offset the backpackâs position and delete the tool the player was holding.
Fixed an issue where it was possible to make soups from smoothies, but the smoothie would not stop spinning in the pot. Soup is now only possible to make by adding water and ingredients.
Implemented a fix to avoid incidents of objects breaking and falling through the world or otherwise disappearing inexplicably.
Fixed an issue where the dough machine would not produce dough, nor reset if too much water was added.
Clarified quest text about the banana topper and returning to Morris.
Fixed an issue where quest NPCs were getting stuck on the Time Capsule by the volcano in Banamas.
Implemented a fix to avoid sudden camera rotations caused by lag spikes.
Fixed an issue where loading the Saves menu was slow due to large amounts of backup saves.
Fixed an issue where voice lines in certain languages got cut off too early, and a line of chinese voice that had snuck in between one of the japanese voice lines.
Fixed a number of minor typos in Norwegian localization.
Updated the French localization of âshootâ for the Fruitfetcher.
Fixed an issue where the Blender and Flatpacker buttons could increase in size for each time they were packed and unpacked.
Fixed an issue where players could get stuck behind an invisible wall at the Villa gates in Breezy Bay.
Added bricks to the previously hovering truck in the tutorial scrapyard.
Fixed an issue where Playstation 5 controllers were not detected as supported by the game and was invoking Steam input.
Fixed an issue where typing the letter âRâ when renaming dishes would open the backpack.
Fixed an issue where objects were not highlighted when targeted by the backpack.
Fixed an issue where the money from a star near the volcano kept falling through the rocks.
Slightly reduced eruption time of the volcano, and increased the time it takes for the Chilis to despawn so that they are harder to miss out on.
Brought an end to a repetitious potato conversation on the radio.
Hello everyone! To celebrate the Summer Sale, weâre doing a collaboration with the Fire Emblem Romhack community. Namely, an actual Fire Emblem Roguelike: Hetjaâs Quest!
Hetja has been added to the game as a Recruitable Militia. They have the special skill of being able to spawn as any class.
In turn, Lyra will be added as a playable character in the next Hetjaâs Quest update some time soon.
Check it out here: https://www.dandelionhands.com/hetjasquest/

- Added new Militia âHetjaâ
- âŚThatâs it
As for the next major Astral Throne update, we hit some development snags so itâs coming along a little slower than expected. We still expect to release the map content update this Summer, though.
Weâve also been hard at work at something we canât share any details about just yet, but weâll let you all know some time after the Summer Content Update.
