Medieval Engineers - Drui
Hello, Engineers! This week we have some more palisades for you to play with! Previously, in order to build curved palisade walls you would have to place the straight wall palisades in free building, but it also meant you got holes. Now you have round and diagonal walls to make your fortifications look better. We also put the palisades behind research called Wooden Defences. Additionally, we have moved wheels from mechanics to a new research called Wheelwrighting and then removed the metal from it. This will allow you to make your carts a little earlier in the game.
We are also showing the very first preview of future mechanical block systems - enjoy!

Hello, Engineers! In this week's update we have some improvements for the multiblocks. We also fixed an issue with claimblocks disappearing after their contested time runs out on servers that have been running for more than 24 days. We also made the DS configuration tool inform you when you have invalid values in your save and it will reset them to the default values.

The palisade is less sturdy, but easier to build than stone castle walls and can serve as a protection in the early survival stages. They will add some nice visual flair for your castles and settlements - we can't wait to see your creations on the workshop!

Hello, Engineers! In the last update for 2016, we bring you one last bit of farming content in the form of wheat. You will be able to use the wheat as straws for the basic roofs, or grind it into flour for baking bread. Additionally, we've made the herb a farmable item as well. Finally, we have re-enabled the Ambient Sounds on the planet. This should add a little more life to the world.
