The beta 3 is finally here! (Beta 2 last friday was not meant to be released, but anyway...)

** Improvements
- Stencil Improvements: can now paint on mirrored assets
- Selection by polygon
- Double color visualisation should be limited to HDR maps
- Remove debug tools in release mode
- Export all channels
- Layers: a layer should always be selected
- Projection is wrong when painting on stacked UVs
- Stencil overlay quality is very poor
- Dynamic pivot point
- Rotation speed x2 (tune with artists)
- Snap view to front, side, rear, top bottom, etc. with a modifier key
- Add axis widget in the bottom right corner of the 3D view
- Manipulation constraints


** Bug Fix
- Cursor became Invisible
- Reloaded project does not load the environment map
- Size jittering set to 100 makes the stroke stop after a short time
- Mesh import crash
- Importing a normal should enable 'use mesh normal' option


** Known Issues
- Snapping views rotates the environment as well
- Height scale is set to 1

Thanks for joining the closed beta of Substance Painter, we at Allegorithmic are more excited than ever to share our new toy with you and get your feedback and suggestions!
