[Update - 4:00 CST] The mod is now available and can be downloaded through this torrent.
[Original Story] A collection of graphical enhancements and user mods for Bethesda's Morrowind, dubbed Morrowind 2011, is approaching completion and a teaser video and information site have been posted by the author (via Reddit).
It isn't available just yet, but should hopefully be released soon. The site details the steps required to eventually install the mod collection so I guess you can get started on that process, which differs depending on what version of the game you own.
The mod will clock in at around 4GB on top of Morrowind itself and is "mostly a graphical/sound upgrade," though the creator has "thrown in a few mods to flesh it out a bit."

A whole new world has arrived for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in the much-anticipated English translation of the colossal total conversion Nehrim: At Fate's Edge, which was released over the weekend and is available from FileShack.
Described as "one of the world's most extensive total conversions" for Oblivion, Nehrim is set in an entirely new world with no connection to Oblivion or The Elder Scrolls. The new world and story boast an estimated fifty hours of playtime with over sixty quests, also including a new soundtrack and a vocal cast of 56 professional voice actors.
Unfortunately, as the mod was created by a German team, you'll have to make do with German voices and English subtitles but surely that's better than a sub par dub, yes?
