No, not new Beta4 map candidates, but a couple of new movies from the creative gang at DoD Studios! We're talking fun movies by the way, not 'l33t skillz 0wnag3' movies here BTW :^)

RCL Adds DoD Ladder to League

The RCL (RealCombat.com League) has now added a "Day of Defeat" ladder to the league. Players of the game DOD are welcome to join the RCL to create a DOD team of their own, or to simply join the ladder and be recruited by an existing team.

The RCL provides all the DOD match servers at no cost. Teams play a 12 week season and then advance into playoffs to compete in the DOD Championship game.

To join: Go to http://www.RealCombat.com and signup. From there you will be able to join a DOD team, or create one of your own.

The Team's Public Day Of Defeat Server is open for play on Recongamer.com at DoDTeam Public Server

Come enjoy a mix of official and custom maps on our quality recongamer.com server.You will also be able to check your stats on our Psychostats server. Our admins and latest anti-cheat software will help to give you hassle free game play. You might even see some of the Team drop in. Hey how many people can say "I fragged Thunder_Weenie last night!" Well ok almost anyone that has played with him can say that but still....:p

Neck deep in 4.0 and Brits

Just dropping a line to let everyone know we're cranking on 4.0 which, among other things, will mark the introduction of troops from Great Britain. We'll have more info on all the new features and additions to DoD as we near 4.0's completion.

Battle for Europe News

Battle for Europe, a war simulation based on Day of Defeat, is beginning its 4th campaign. The last three campaigns have been dominated by the Axis forces, don't let it happen a fourth time. The site has been revamped to include more territories and the best DoD maps. BFE is not your typical "Clan Match" DoD Tournament so you need not be a member of a clan, although clans are welcome to participate. Join your comrades in arms as you fight a 6 week campaign for control of Europe. Enlist now at BattleForEurope.com to join the largest Day of Defeat tournament to date.
