Egosoft is happy to announce that from today, a Japanese text translation for X3: Terran Conflict and X3: Albion Prelude is available on Steam for all users. This translation is provided with thanks to our publishing partner zoo.co.jp and should fix the problem some users were experiencing when installing the Japanese version on an account where the international version was already installed.
Updates to X3: Terran Conflict (3.2c) and X3: Albion Prelude (2.5.2) have been released.
In both games, Chinese localization files have been updated. Localized achievements are now available for Russian, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
The update 2.5.2 for X3: Albion Prelude also includes the following changes: • Added full voice support for Russian language • Fixed issue where many replacement fighters would spawn at shipyards (existing fighters are removed) • Fixed issue where captured or boarded ships from war sectors may be removed later • Fixed duration of subtitles and displayed hints in several languages • Fixed minor user interface issues
