* Added user controls and resolution customization dialog
* Switched two commentary lines in City Hall to prevent spoilers
* Fixed collision issues:
- book case in second room of Museum Archives
- junk stack in first Junkyard boss room
* Fixed restricted section and park map node potentially being able to be unlocked early
* Fixed typos with hint dialogue, and look at in City Hall
