END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ELEUSIS BY NOCTURNAL WORKS
You may:
• Install and use Eleusis for personal use
You must not:
• use, copy, transfer, distribute modify, adapt, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Eleusis or part of it except as expressly permitted by this Licence;
• remove, modify, or tamper with any copyright, trademark or other notice;
• use Eleusis for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purposes.
Term
• This License will end automatically if you breach any of the terms.
Liability
• You install and use Eleusis at your own risk and in no event will Nocturnal Works be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind including lost profits or other consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use Eleusis or from errors or deficiencies in it whether caused by negligence or otherwise;
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nocturnal Works excludes liability for all warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.

All title and copyrights in and to Eleusis (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text), the accompanying printed materials are owned by Nocturnal Works. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the Eleusis is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants You no rights to use such content;
• The rights granted in this license are non-exclusive;
• This license does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
