“I would like to engage with the community and grow as a developer from their feedback. While the game is fully ready now I know it could be better with quality feedback and I'd like to know more about the preferences of my chosen niche.”

“3-5 months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version should have more character customization, more enemy types, more traps & hazards and perhaps some more levels. I'd like to add in Achievements and Leaderboards and Cloud Saves as well.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is a full game 10 maps in total with a complete storyline. There are already plenty of features (procedural dungeons, multiple enemy types, multiple weapon types, midgame purchases and permanent progression) that I would just like to expand upon during Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change at the end of Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through my community hub on Steam and the forums there. I'm also happy to livestream or chat with the community on my Discord and other places.”

About This Game

Cyber City Escape is a 3D topdown roguelite shooter set in a cyberpunk world.

You awaken one day like so many other dissidents, imprisoned and with no memory. Soon after you are suddenly freed by mysterious new allies and given a mission - fight your way across the city to the spaceport and escape the planet, or die trying.


The game features:

- Procedurally generated maps
- Fog of war fueled exploration
- Multiple weapon types to unlock, acquire and upgrade
- Multiple enemy types with different fighting styles
- Environmental hazards, traps, explosive barrels, gun turrets
- Equipment to purchase at kiosks to help you survive your run
- A token system for permanent progression in the form of character upgrades
- Dark and gritty atmosphere with matching story
- A retro future soundtrack with thumping beats
