About This Game

The year is 1942. Adolf Hitler has succeeded in resurrecting dinosaurs. The reptilian horde has trampled Europe and the Mediterranean. Can nothing stop the Nazi’s dinosaur army?
Dino D-Day is a frantic, action-packed multiplayer game that transports you to a World War II that should have been. You and your friends can battle online choosing to serve the cause of the Allied nations or the Nazis. The Allied side includes seven playable characters including Trigger, a Protoceratops rescued from the Nazis. Each Allied class has unique weapons and abilities to use in combat. Gun down a Dilophosaur with your trusty M1 Garand, blast a kamikaze pterosaur out of the sky with your Thompson sub-machine gun, or toss out a dead jackrabbit to lure a raptor into a trap.
As an Axis player you will have your choice of three human classes and four dinosaur classes. Ambush your enemy with speed and stealth as the Raptor, mercilessly pound the enemy with a heavy 20mm gun as the Desmatosuchus, rampage through enemy groups as the Dilophosaur or pick up a body and throw it at an enemy for a double kill! Or if you prefer a rifle in your hand, the German soldier classes are the perfect complement to their dinosaur comrades.
You’ve played World War II games before…but have you played a World War II game with dinosaurs?

The only thing better than killing a nazi, is killing a nazi dinosaur.

Novel in concept, somewhat generic in practice // Recommended for fans of Team Fortress 2 who want to shake it up a bit*

*Due to limited player-base, this title is recommended if on sale

+ The different dinosaur classes boast unique play-styles and are a refreshingly entertaining to play
+ Most playable characters have a special ability, and these are fun without being game-breaking; definitely adds to the experience, rather than takes away
+ For the most part, map design is excellent and encourages competitive play; there are a couple of exceptions, but they are not enough to detract from the game
+ Movement and controls are all fairly responsive and straightforward
+ Healthy stock of game-modes available for online play (and bots); nothing new or innovative, but everything works well and complements the fast pace

- Generally below-average visuals, character models, and textures
- Questionable balance between human and dinosaur lineup, and also between factions (Allies seem to have the upper hand in firepower, but almost no dinosaurs compared to the Axis powers)
- Multiplayer is not dead, but it is dwindling; one is unlikely to find more than three active servers at a time

This is not a game you play if you want an AAA first person shooter experience. If you want that, go fire up the latest Battlefield of Duty or TF:GO.

This is a game you play if you have ever thought "what if dinosaurs had guns strapped on them?" or "how much damage would a rocket launcher do to a T-Rex?" or "why don't more games let me shoot defenseless goats?"

Hey, I like movies too but I can't watch Oscar bait highbrow stuff every night. Sometimes I just gotta watch some silly B-movie like Sharknado or The Room. When I'm in that Sharknado kind of mood but I want to game instead, I fire up Dino D-Day and go kill some nazi dinosaurs.

You might be thinking, the f**k is this? the f**k is that? the f**k are those? well i'm here to tell you that this is the most fun you can have with your friends without being naked and slathered in gravy. There is something just so satifying about f**king up wave after wave of Nazi Dinos in the DLC that just defies the boundaries of existance and the zip of my fly. So if you feel like having as much fun as Charlie Sheen at a sorority party, or you just want some clean enjoyment with your friends without hopping into a soapy tub and playing spot the submarine, this is the game for you.
