What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early Access is awesome as it lets us show our in-progress game to our awesome fans and work on it together with them.

It also lets us test the multiplayer features of the game in a real world context, with players spread around the globe and unpredictable events, configurations, controllers and playing styles.

We used Early Access for our previous release - Door Kickers (2013-2014) - and it proved that shaping the final game together with the community, involving the players, listening to their feedback and ideas - while keeping your core design in mind - is the best way to produce an enduring and genre defining game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game will be in Early Access for 6 to 8 months - up to July 2018.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our development plan involves regular updates, at least once a month. The FINAL version should include the following changes:

Major Features:
- Character Development
- Boss enemies
- Level Editor

Minor Features:
- Leaderboards

- 1 NEW Player Class: Recon (total 4 classes)
- 6 usable weapons per player class
- 60 playable levels
- 17 non-boss enemies”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is very playable and fun to play, but there's content and features to be added.

The current content is:
- Single Player and Cooperative Multiplayer (online and couch coop)
- 3 Player Classes: Assaulter/Breacher/Shield
- 3 unique weapons per class
- 3 usable, common, gear items
- 24 levels
- 8 enemies
- 1 non enemy NPC
- 3 mission types”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There will be a ~20% price increase after Early Access ends.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have strong communication channels via email, forums, steam community and always answer to all feedback in person. We also hold regular polls on game features and what we should focus our development on, according to the game players.

Our plan is to launch regular updates - at least once a month - and implement player feedback as soon as possible.”
