Summary: Get this if you want that Class 04 shunter with a free route thrown in. The route is charming, but just six miles long. There's an annoying audio bug and one of the scenarios is broken. It's not worth the full price of 19 euros, but Train Sim and its many DLC go on sale every few months. You should be able to grab it for about 5 to 6 euros when it does.
The route: I love the idea of a small, private, industrial railway. That's exactly what you get, but it really is small. From end to end, it's only six miles. The included locomotive does about 15 mph and it will take you 25-30 minutes to drive the entire route. You can't do a lot of shunting, there are but a few sidings and no large yards. The route itself is a charming line through hilly landscape with some viaducts. There's a massive stone quarry on one end of the line.
The train: The Class 04 shunter locomotive is nicely detailed with high resolution textures. You can open the doors and windows. The doors will even swing from accelerating and braking roughly. The exhaust smoke changes colour and intensity depending on what you're doing. You have a five speed manual gearbox, but it doesn't affect engine RPMs, just like on Dovetail's Class 101. You get the loco in a BR Blue livery and a fictional industrial grey one, with the nameplate "Dalek". The loco seems really weak, but I think this is correct. I could only make it go faster than 15 mph going downhill. It is adequate for the work you do on the line, and scenarios take exactly as long as indicated in the menu, so it's not a bug.
Bugs: No rain collects on the windows of the locomotive. The sound is broken - the entire route sounds as if you're inside of a tunnel. One of the scenarios, "Under the Loader", cannot be finished because the instructions refer to the wrong wagon numbers. Something you'd think they'd catch during testing.
