Why Early Access?

“We want to work closely with the community, the community can play our game while proving suggestions for what they want to see in the future for this product. We wish to make a game tailored to the communities wants, so will work closely with the community with implementing the features they want to see in the game.

Early Access also allows us to use funding generated from sales to improve the game, funding is key and with low funding the quality of the final product will not be as good as we wish. However regardless of funding we will still provide the final product as promised!”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“1-2 years. We aim for 1 year to final release but 2 years may occur if we need to take more time to polish the product, so we do not rush a horrible product to final release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Graphics and game-play will be upgraded drastically throughout early access so we can provide a good quality end product for the community. Quality is key along with providing a game for the community that they really want, with features they suggested and wanted.

What we already have planned for future development:
  • RPG style storyline
  • Siege warfare
  • Improved graphical and gameplay elements.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Very good, playable with minimal bugs. Although most of what you see in-game is placeholders and most likely be changed by our finished version, this meaning, models, textures, etc.

We plan to release updates at least once a week, in worst case scenarios at least once a month, but we hope to be releasing weekly as we wish to keep the community invested in our game and wish them to trust we can deliver on our promises.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price may change in later stages of early access and moving towards final release. We do not plan to drastically change the price, but it may increase as we move forward.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will play a key role in our early access, we wish to build a game around what the community wants, they tell us what they want, we do our best to provide it in the game. Although we can not guarantee 100% of what the community wants due to budgeting or limited resources we will not deny any suggestions we have the ability to provide and feel will make a good addition to the game.

We will be very active with the community through the use of Steam forums and other social media methods.”

Alpha 1B (Hotfix)

I was going to wait till Alpha 2 to release these fixes but so many users are having issues and it is making the game uplayable for them, so I decided to act quickly with a hotfix, as Alpha 2 won't be ready for another few days. The Hotfix is currently building please look out for it within the next hour or so.

*Fixed an issue where buildings could be placed inside each other.
*Fixed an issue that was causing Bearon to get stuck on the bridge or sent flying by the bridge.
*Food raid event has been nerfed, player now only loses 1,000 food instead of 5,000.
*Fixed an issue where having no food or low food did not have an negative impact on growth.
*Fixed spelling mistakes.
*Removed splash screen and logos.

Thanks for your bug reports and inputs, please continue to leave them in the community forums and I will get round to them in the next update.

Alpha 1A (Hotfix)

*Fixed an issue where searching the ruins was not completing the quest.
*Clearing the bandits now completes the right quest.
*Hero UI, health, damage and defence has been centred.
*Fixed an issue where players could see through a gap in the map.
