“Market Tycoon is a very large project for a small team like Protection Games, with Early Access we could share the game with the community before we could have all features implemented. As well as getting feedback and ideas from the community and try our best to satisfy you with all features Market Tycoon can have.”

“Early Access was never our goal for Market Tycoon, therefore, we would try our best to have all features implemented like Story Mode and more content (Markets, items, placeable object, etc...). We hope to get Market Tycoon out of Early Access by 2018.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Full version will have features like Story Mode and more content, as well as features and ideas proposed by you the community.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, you could choose from 2 markets sizes and customize it as you wish. There are 154 different items, and various Racks, Cashiers, Fridges, and Freezers and some objects have multiple colors. You could also run Advertisement campaign for your market and discounts on items.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There are no plans to change the price, but we can't guarantee that the price would not rise after we get out of Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community are encouraged to share their ideas and what they would like to see in the game. A roadmap on our website http://www.ProtectionGames.com will show the status of the development of different features and an estimate of when it would be published.”

Market Tycoon V. 1.2.4 (New Language, UI Animation, & Optimization)

Hello everyone,

This update is all about UI Animation & Optimization. All UI elements now have some animation which makes the game feel much better.

Also, some optimization has been made, especially when opening or closing the items menu.

And a new language has been added, Market Tycoon now support Czech. Now, Market Tycoon support 6 different languages, English, German, French, Romanian, Arabic, and Czech. And we will have more languages to support soon.

We asked you to send us images of your market by holding Ctrl and pressing U, but we did not receive enough images. So, if you want your market to be featured as an image in a loading screen hold Ctrl and hit U the game will freeze for a few seconds or depending on your internet speed as a screenshot of your market is being uploaded and sent to us. If we liked your market, you might see it on a loading screen in a future update.

We will be working on adding new maps and other content with the next update.

And please if you liked the game, give us a positive review it will really help us make Market Tycoon a better game.

•This is a very important update. In this update, and thanks to your bug reports, we fixed a bug that caused the game to not be able to save your game. If it happens that you faced this update, you will be able to load your market, but the financial report will get reset.

Market Tycoon V. 1.2.3 (Loading and Small Bug Fixes)

In this update of Market Tycoon:

• Previously, there was no loading screen in the game. Any game needs to load data, with Market Tycoon the game looked like it freezed but in reality, it was loading the data. Now, we have implemented loading screen which will help players not have the feeling of the game freezing or not working.

The loading screen has images of markets made in Market Tycoon. To have your market being featured on a loading screen in a future update of Market Tycoon, while in-game hold Ctrl and hit U, the game will freeze for a few seconds or depending on your internet speed as a screenshot of your market is being uploaded and sent to us. If we liked your market, you might see it on a loading screen in a future update.

Food items has an expiration date, That means if an item stays on shelves for too long it will get removed, Just like real life.

Money Management

Dynamic Item Removal
Every Item on shelves get removed one by one when an AI character actually takes it,
