Oculus Touch Support!

You can now use a Rift + Touch with Thread Studio! You'll also find several new items to discover and use, like new hats and glow sticks. Everyone needs glow sticks...

Some other things:
* More visible "skip tutorial" option
* SPORTS EQUIPMENT (a.k.a Hit things with baseball bats and hockey sticks)
* Tons of performance tweaks
