What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want the community to shape the future of Base Raid.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We are currently planning for full release in the end of Q4 2017.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release of Base Raid will feature more stages and areas and also a wider range of blocks and weaponry for you to use.

A feature lots of people are asking for is multiplayer and we are working on it, but can't guarantee that Base Raid will have multiplayer. If not, there probably will still be more game modes.

We are also working on bug fixes all the time and a larger amount of players means more details of bugs and glitches and faster debugging.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We currently have approximately 6 hours of gameplay featuring over 40 different stages in 2 different areas and 2 gamemodes.

In addition to that you can also play the game again with different kinds of strategies or challenge your friends with your custom stages.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We want the price to match the amount of content in the game, so we are planning to gradually raise the price as more content and features come out.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are actively looking for suggestions to improve the overall gameplay and are always happy to hear your ideas for the game.”

About This Game

Base Raid is a 2D base build and defence strategy game.

The game will be improved with what the community is looking for.

In the game your goal is to build the best base to crush the enemy before it crushes you.

Everyone loves having the chance to build what they want to, but people also enjoy destroying other peoples’ creations. In Base Raid you can build anything you want to with the only limit being the available materials and resources.
When you’re done building you can then get to the real fun part:
Destroying buildings.

Buy airstrikes and tanks and blow up the enemy base or capture the towers, keeping the enemy away at the same time. By destroying the enemy base you get more resources to build even better bases.

If you are the kind of person that wants to just see how bad your friends are at the game, you can build a base with limitless resources in the stage editor and challenge your friends.

The game currently has singleplayer levels with two game modes.
