Acerca deste jogo

Help Smilin Jack O'Hurlihan, Esmeralda, and Dr. Theopolis defeat Gruesome George, an army of undead, giant monsters, and the mysterious Red Widow! Featuring nail-biting boss battles, swashbuckling adventure, and a horde of undead buccaneers, Zombie Pirates will send a shiver right down to yer timbers!

Jack's battles will take him from the Carribbean-like Buccaneer Bay to the savage Cannibal Isles, the mysterious Sargassum Sea, and the icy reaches of Polaris, battling zombies and nefarious boss monsters along the way.

Jack is joined by Dr. Theopolis and his marvelous gryocopters and submarines, Esmeralda and her all-gal crew of the Manta, and a number of other strange and amazing vessels.

Jack will need all the help he can get, for the Zombie Pirate fleets contain everything from Plague Ships to hulking Dreadnoughts to screeching flocks of Murder Birds! And behind them all is the captain of the undead, Gruesome George!

Tower Defense Game.
It's like most of them. Casual but quite stressful on later levels. Since you deploy ships instead of towers, you of course can move them around. This makes the strategy a little bit different.
There's a cute kind of humour and cartoon-style graphics. The controls are very easy to understand - You just use the mouse. If you like Tower Defense games you will probably enjoy this game. Although I think the price is a bit steep. 13 euro is too much. If you can pick this up at a sale with 50% discount or more - I'd say: Go for it.

Análise de pré-lançamento
If you enjoyed Plants versus Zombies, then you will enjoy Zombie Pirates. The gameplay is very similar, but your plants can sail around the battlefield once they're placed.

The next time you see this game for 75% off, pick it up. For less than a cup of coffee at Starbucks, you really can't go wrong.

Fun little casual Tower Defense game with moveable, upgradeable ships and a silly pun-laced story.

Not especially ground-breaking or challenging but enjoyable nonetheless.

Recommended on sale.

Surprisingly fun casual game. It's a sort of a defense game where you set up your ships and defend/defeat the zombie enemy onslaught. The difficulty was perfect in my opinion; it was really hard to achieve diamond rank in some levels, but not impossible. The variety of ships and characters were entertaining. It has a comic story line and feel which makes it fun to play. I recommond it.

Too expensive for what it does, it could work as a $1 game on mobile, but having a default $15 price tag you can just figure that devs aren't good at putting 1 and 1 together. This can't compete with most $15 DECENT games (so I'm not even considering games that got avg Metascore of 80+).
It's not the worst thing on Steam, but you don't want to bother with it, it is forgettable, barely inspired, and plain simple, it is the archetype of a mobile game, not as fun as it should thou.
