With regards to the Omega characters, we've covered some of the larger changes in the Omega blogs over the last few weeks on Capcom Unity, but those didn't exactly provide an explanation on what the commands for those attacks were.

Genre: 2.5D Traditional Fighting Game

Summary:
SFIV is a footsies-based fighting game that emphasizes slow methodical play and meter management between rounds.
Game features the inclusion of 'focus attacks', a universal move that grants a character one hit of armour and the potential to crumple the opponent; the nature of focus attacks allow characters to aggressive advance through attacks without infringing upon the effectiveness of projectile characters.

Pros:
- 39 characters, an additional 5 in Ultra Street Fighter 4.
- The majority of match-ups are balanced (future update to provide further balance).
- Decent netcode if neither player has much traffic.
- Large established player base online and offline.
- Great for players trying to get into fighting games. Will teach fundamentals through play and the abundant tutorials on the internet.

Cons:
- Single-player modes are lacking; arcade mode has terrible A.I. and the challenges aren't fun.
- The game itself does not provide instruction to newer players.
- No theatre mode for the animated clips from Arcade Mode.

Neutral Points:
- There will be a learning curve; it is a fighting game afterall. If you are a new player then you will be terrible for a while.
- Input leniency allows newer players to perform special moves more easily but can become an annoyance at higher level play.
- There is a comeback factor for newer players (Ultra) which becomes a tool at higher level play.
- The plot is barebones, but hey, that's a norm for fighting games.

Yeah, what can I say. Greatest game ever made if you put in the time to learn it at the higher levels. This is definitely the deepest game out there. Pro's have to consistently hit timings down to 16 ms, in addition to reading the opponent, adjusting to their character, and developing their own strategies to psyche them out. In reality this is psychological fighter IV, and if you like deep games, you can forget about any of the other ones out there.

USF4 takes the cake.

Can't get past Ryu Trial #1

10/10

No, for real though, Ultra Street Fighter IV is a superb fighting game, boasting some of the
most iconic characters, music, and mechanics that's ever been put on PC, Console, or otherwise.

Keep in mind that this isn't a overly fast-paced 10,000 combo fighter,
know that Online Multiplayer has a few hiccups, but overall is actually quite good now,
grasp that USFIV doesn't play like Third Strike or Street Fighter II in regards to timing and
execution (though some aspects definitely strike Street Fighter II more than any other SF
title to date), don't expect too much from this title in regards to story,
and you'll know what to expect if you've every even glanced at someone else playing a Street
Fighter game.

Like any other Fighting Game, it will take time and dedication to arrive at the
same level as others you might come across online, but at the end of the day the rewards
greatly outweigh the effort you'd put into the game.

If you like Fighting Games at all, PICK THIS UP.

Maybe when it's on Sale, though. I know the struggle.

Best fighting game there is. Great for starters, unlimited depth. If you have the willpower and endurance, you can spend hundreds and thousands of hours in this game, becoming better and better and getting those rewarding moments of joy that have become rare in todays gaming envrionment.

Genre - Japanese 2D Fighting Game
Okay I was always more of a Mortal Kombat / Soulcalibur fan. However, this is the best Street Fighter game I have played so far and the animated cut scenes and graphics look really nice. There are loads of chracters and moves to try out. I tend to play these sort of games on the easier settings as I am pretty crap. However, by doing this I still got to enjoy the game. Also been online and still a few people around to play against. Too many achievements are geared towards online games though. I just watched the latest film by Cine-Asia and this encouraged me to buy the game. Great fun to play through each of the characters story modes and looks sweet at the same time.

Ultra Street Fighter IV is a fighting game that deserves recognition as one of the best of its kind aside from Tekken.
Its 2D fighting style is superb than others while Ultra edition bring balance to the characters and replay matches.
New challengers from old games like Final fight bring nostalgia to me. Combo are very basic and often used along with
throw, focus or even Hadouken moves, make this game even more harder to mastered. It still hold the name really well
and might be able to match SFII Hyper edition. That's my opinion after all.

7/10 - Shoryuken never feels better than this.

I'm not even kidding here guys, my crush on poison has literally turned me into a ♥♥♥♥ sucking ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Ever since USF4 came out, I started watching shemale porn. After watching shemale porn, I started hooking up with shemales on tinder. To date, I have ♥♥♥♥ed over 10 shemales in like a years time.

I also live in a pretty conservative area so if anyone finds out, even my friends my life will be over. ♥♥♥♥ you Japan! I used to have normal fetishes and I never used the internet for degenerate purposes( except porn ) until poison got me into shemales.

Hands down ''The best fighting game up to date'' in my honest opinion, in terms of gameplay, online rank system, and the tournaments of it.

Am I a guy who is in rank 1 with adon and winning every local tourney? Hell no I can't win anyone above 1500bp/pp without my blanka, but I am playing sf series for 20 years, So I got that goin' for me which is nice.

Last but not least I hate every one who plays ibuki (the irelia of USFIV, LOL)

Buy it in sales 10/10

This game would be great if Capcom could make online play work. 6 months and it is still unplayable, just makes you annoyed to play a perfect match and then see the entire game freeze mid way through for 5 seconds, breaking any momentum you have. I am uninstalling it. Not buying any more of their games until I see they are actually playable online. I've given them too much of my money for all their revisions as it is. (SSFIV AE 2012 worked perfectly on PC).

UPDATE: 5/17/15

I have updated the Steam client that was supposed to fix this game and reinstalled USF4. I have attempted to play many matches today and yesterday, the majority of the games are still too terrible to play (This is not due to my own connection, which is generally around 30mbps download/15 upload, or my computer which is a gaming computer I built myself). This is my experience, I hope others have a different one but rather doubt it. This is not worth the frustration. I would like my money back.

Uninstalling this again, I will not be purchasing Ps4 version until there is extensive testing of the play online. Do not waste your money on this.

A whopping SIX YEARS now after the release on PC and Capcom STILL haven't had the common sense to even consider introducing any kind of match-making. Looking past the moronic decision for them to use Windows Live in the first place, the integration onto Steam has been even more of a bumpy ride and nowhere does this get more apparent than the FPS slow-downs after every patch along with the plummeting network stability bars in lobbies. Even if you got fiber-optic internet. Even if you're playing against a neighbor. It's simply just a gross display of neglect that this game (which used to have so much potential) will never be able to recover from, as can be seen from the amount of players plummeting to only maybe 1-2k users per day.

Mind you, I had a really slow internet before so I'm used to lag but when I see this game that is extremely sensitive to command delays (as can be seen by the PC and console communities buying 150€ game-pads like they're basic input devices) be rushed out of the doors and thrown into the faces on the fans that is already at their height of being critical towards Capcom for their unethical business practices, it's more than enough to make me seriously depressed.

The street fighter franchise is notorious for being hard to get into (as can still be witnessed today by looking at this latest release which comes with ZERO TUTORIALS while also having every inch of the game be balanced solely around tournaments) so when I see Capcom giving the F'ck you to the fans with their left hand by ignoring to fix massive glaring issues and instead focus their attention on pounding out more DLC while also giving another F'ck you with their right hand to new-comers in form of no match-making & tutorials, I can with an easy heart give my full recommendation to everyone reading this to throw away any hopes of this game having any redeemable aspects of it while also heavily advising people that are currently on this current train-wreck of a game to get off before their shoes will get wet from all the sinking.. I Don't give a single ♥♥♥♥ whether or not people believe this game has a terrible netcode or not, I've had no issues with the online whatsoever for the time I've owned it, perhaps people should take a look at who they're going up against or just get better internet. Godsakes people, you think WC to EC play is going to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ perfect? Get over yourselves. Oh, and don't even get me started on this BS "Input Loss" Stop blaming the game's netcode and get off your high horses, pull of the gloves and play the game and accept your faults. Still waiting to lose a input guys, Still waiting.

(Anyone on the West Coast of the U.S That wants to play add me)

I been playing this game for quite some time, but forgot to write a review...
- Well online isn't perfect, but it's playable
- I broke a lot of gamepads playing this game
- I spend 400h in GFWL and 52h playing on steam
- You can easily use Modes in this game

However:
- If you own SSIV:AE not USFIV where isn't that much players to play with
