This DLC is only worth it if you use the ship designer to design new ships. If you use it just to outfit designs this DLC offers nothing. Just thought it is worth making it clear between the designing and outfiting and which this DLC impacts.

Not much you can really say about it. It is what it is. You get a bunch of new ship parts and a new ship style. The decals are my biggest criticism at the moment. The decisions they made on the colours with it being based on your race colours is a poor one. It makes the decals often look like crap. However, I also don't see myself really using them because having to spell out a name myself is not something I want to do. Not sure why they couldn't just make a part that takes the name and displays it so you can "hot change" names. Though I also don't know why we don't have a part that shows the race logo either. Anyway, what isn't in this isn't really the point.

Tldr If you like making ships and want more parts this is worth getting.

If you like building ships- new parts will always be a priority. If not- the only good thing here is a new ship "style". This DLC can easily be skipped if you don't care about ship building- but if you DO like it and want a little more variety then perhaps this is something you should look into. Just know what you are getting into here

I would like to build ships outside the game like you can do with maps. If you can do this let me know please! Ignorance is just plan anoying!
