"There're some hiccups with the touchscreen controls but that's bearable. Other than that, the game works fine and doesn't require a high-end device."

Reviews

“If you’re a puzzle gamer or even just a casual gamer who likes to play a bit of Bejeweled, give this one a look, as all the elements come together here to create a unique and, more importantly, worthwhile experience.”
8.5/10 – Harry Hughes, MMGN

“Clickr is charmingly addictive, and gets better the longer you play it, as you brain works it all out better and gets nippy at finding those combos.”
Michael Rose, IndieGames

“In terms of design and presentation, I got a kick out of the weird, annoying “It’s A Small World”-on-crack music and SFX, the smooth vectors graphics and sugary Harajuku animation. Don’t have much to complain about.”

A straightforward game

If you like puzzle games this game might be for you. Here you have to combine several blocks of the same colour to larger blocks and clean the area out to gain points. The principle is as simple as it is effective, the game offers as a casual puzzle some nice playing time. But don't expect too much from this game, it's neither new nor is it rocket science.

Still you will have some fun playing the game and that is why I will try to be positive for this game. The different game modes offer some change of pace for this game, the graphics are kept simple - which doesn't hurt the game at all. And the music does ring some rememberance of the good old computer pioneer times... no, it isn't that bad like beeps of different wavelengths or as magnificient as Rob Hubbards SID sounds, still it is solid as most of this game.

Given the price, you'll get a lot of game for a low price. It is affordable, a nice gift to someone who just thinks that only Tripple A games are valid Steam Games and proven wrong. Yes, I do actually praise this game. Because it has some virtues, not too much, but virtues I still remember from the time I started programming - that was back in the 70s. I created a nice and decent Bowling game in BASIC, Later I created more games - you had to rely on your own fantasy, the memory stacked on your computer and of course on your own logic.

I can recomend this game without breaking a sweat.
