In my humble opinion, this is the greatest ARPG ever created, enhanced by the fantastic mod support that the community has used to the fullest. The class system is amazing, allowing you to combine two out of nine mastery trees to make your own unique class with an incredible amount of customization. You have the fully offensive, close-quarter mastery Warfare, which revolves around duel weidling weapons and becoming a whirlwind of AoE and single target damage, at the cost of defence. Ranged masteries like Hunting which allows you to deal huge amounts of damage from a distance, and debuff your enemies defences. Magic masteries such as Spirit, which allows you to drain the life from your enemies! And 6 other unique and exiting masteries.

The world is vibrant and beautiful, starting in Greece, them moving to Egypt, then China, and with the DLC, even into the domain of Hades himself! The quests while perhaps a little generic, are very fun and easy to follow, and often give satisfying rewards along with a nice chunk of EXP and Gold! Not to mention the amazing loot you will find along your journey.

All in all it is a wonderful game, one of my all time favourites, I highly reccomend checking it out. And if you enjoy it, keep an eye on Grim Dawn, a game being developed by many of the same people that made Titan Quest, it promises to be an equaly enchanting ARPG set in the Victorian times!

They told me nobody had ever survived the depths of the underworld.

I filled my bags with potions and proved them wrong.

Been playing TQ:IT since it out. Im a big fan of this game. Sadly i hope there will be TQ2, perhaps Grim Dawn will be another success for the team who made TQ and TQ:IT.

It is hard at the beginning for TQ and TQ:IT as u will gor tru a lot of confusing and experiment on what to do and what to embrace. Well its fun for a gamer like who really put hours of gameplay just to do all thing my way, maybe it not the best build.

+ Awesome skill tree
+ Loot were nice
+ Level of Difficulty nice balance
+ Somehow Immortal Throne improve the game replay value alot. Thanx !

- Need a dedicated multiplayer server. So if you looking for multiplayer this one is a no no.
- If there was a TItan Quest 2, wish !

TQ:IT adds a fourth act to the game, but the gameplay stays mostly unchanged, even though there are a few additions. Players can now store extra items in caravans and trade those items between characters. Another addition are artifacts, which are made with arcane formulas and the help of an enchanter. I recommend purchasing this DLC with the base game in a bundle.

I've owned this game since shortly after the original Titan Quest came out, and even after many years, it's still one of the most atmospheric, well-rounded, and excellently executed Action RPGs to date.

High replayability, great multiplayer, a plethora of unique items and customizability and plenty of freedom to choose different ways of playing one particular skill set. Definitely a challenge as the game progresses - don't expect to run through this without being defeated.
Also, the game has more surprises in store once you start on a higher difficulty level - new world bosses you didn't see before, more powerful artifacts, etc. Plenty to keep your attention and keep you on edge on the second play through.

I wish more of this calibre gameplay was available! If you don't own it yet, get it. get it now!

This is in the top 5 best RPGs i have ever played. Correction, it IS the best RPG i have ever played. First, there is a near infinite combinations of classes for your character, and how he/she plays. Second, if you are a fan of ancient greek, egyptian, and chinese mythology, then this is the game for you.

My one complaint is that you cannot customize how your character looks, except for gender and robe color. But other than that, this game is of legendary quality, and should definitely be bought and played, no matter how frustrating the game will make you, or how long it takes. It is a good week of gameplay if you take your time like i did.

I give this game a 9.66/10

This is very good Diablo like RPG game with very good story, graphics and skills and i played it for long time and enjoy the game a lot, but there also some dark sides-the game can be boring after some time and some locations are extremely long and boring also the item system should be better.

First off, this is an old game, soon to be 7 years. Imo it still hold up fairly well, but the inevitable comparison to Diablo 2 needs to be adressed. TQ: IT does a great deal of small things differently, like class skills and the ability to re-spec them, because like D2 you can (and if your new) will build a near unplayable build. Item rarity remains, gems/runes replaced by runes/animal parts, left click right click, no mandetory use of the F1-12 keys though, a big plus, and the ''I'm ok as long as I have pots in my belt'' mind set.

If you still play D2, and I know I'm not alone, and you want a d2 clone set in greek-mythos and a decent amount of changes to the user-interface and want it cheap, here you are.

Game could be called Genocide Quest: Immortal Yellow Loot. Fun game to exlore and run through but let's be honest here. After couple of hours you have pretty much seen it all. Kill everything you see and hope for better gear. The boss fights didn't even require any tactic to beat. Just click them to death. Most of the time the game was too easy and the only place which gave us trouble was the last level in the original game. Kinda wished the game had ended there. After 25 hours I was kind of bored of the game anyway. I guess I have to force myself through the expansion to clear the game. Don't get me wrong. It's not really a bad game. Just pretty boring one. I can't even imagine myself playing it through without any friends. In my opinion the game needed more boss fights and some phases to them and of course more rewarding loot. In the end I didn't even care to loot anything. I have no idea if the game is any better on harder difficulty but right now I can't see myself playing it through again.

Wasted countless hours of my offline time on this... Worth... Its a neat game. At first I was like "Oh... another Diablo 2 remix with better graphics... wow... at least I don't have to be online to play though..." But as I got deeper into the mechanics I'd say this beats out any other game of its kind. First I would like to say that in an isometric dungeon crawler the potential to make it visually awesome is very low, but Titan Quest sets the bar. It is bright and interesting without being Torchlight-esque cartoony. Next the mechanics. Other than some vague wording like +% damage that may or may not effect elemental as well as physical the game is amazing at its core. Basically you start with a classless, leveless human with the usual amount of storage space. At first level you choose a class. Then... *duhn duhn duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhn*, later levels you choose another class. At first glance this was wholly unremarkable, but after I set down and thought I started coming up with these intricate synergies between classes. So a defender/warfare (Conqueror) class works completely different from a defender/rogue (Corsair). Likewise, a theurgy/nature (Soothsayer) is worlds different from an earth/nature (Summoner). So far I have a Conqueror, a Summoner, and a Soothsayer. The Conqueror, level 34, is my highest level character since I have started and deleted many others and I generally jump from file to file a lot, but I would have to give this a ten even on the days that I am pissed off at the latest boss. I can think of nothing wrong with this game at all. If you can get around the visual problems that come with isometric games I suggest you do yourself a favor and get this game.

Masterpiece deserves second shot and third and fourth.. and so on. Unfortunately TitanQuest 2 didn't happen because THQ never purchased developer Iron Lore. But we have a Grim Dawn. Whoever from u youngsters buy Grim Dawn should surely buy TitanQuest too cuz this is where it all started from.

Probably one of my favorite top down hack and slash RPG's to date(behind Diabo 2), Yeah granted it's a bit dated, but the quests have decent variety, weapons and equipment always left me happy after obtaining them, not to mention the skill trees used have been some of my favorite to date, and the ability with Immortal Throne to mix Classes. I'd highly reccomend, and if anybody reading this ever wants to play a multiplayer game shoot me a message and lets kill some monsters! :)
