I have played and loved every single game Telltale made since The Walking Dead. Actually, I loved their rendition of Monkey Island but that's beside the point.

Sadly, this game fall short. Not only will you feel like you've experienced all of this before (if you played the other TWD games), you will likely also be treated to a host of bugs. At first the game would not track my progress, it wanted to start a new game every time I booted it up. After wiping the TTG savegames that was resolved.

Then, after completing episode one I started episode two. Episode two starts with a recap of episode one and the choices you made. Fine and dandy, except the choices I made were completely different to the ones I was shown. If you're going to center a game around choices and consequences, at least get that right TTG. I won't start on the choices in TTG games, 80% of the time it doesn't matter what you choose or what character 'remembers' what, it all leads to the same outcome. It didn't bother me before and it doesn't bother me now.

In an attempt to solve the issue of the game not remembering my choices in episode one I rewound to chapter 6 of episode one. But now ***SPOILER*** Michonne's daughters won't show up and the scene will not progress... ***SPOILER***

All in all, I could have looked past the fact that the story is unoriginal (same old formula of the bully and the character you want to protect) and the choices feel like there's no real impact. What really drives the final nail in the coffin is their unreliable cloud servers and other bugs.

On the positive side; As with any TTG games the voice acting is perfect and, in this game in particular (along with Borderlands), the soundtrack is excellent.

If you're like me and you liked pretty much all other TTG before, get it at a big discount and count yourself lucky if you don't run into any aggrevating bugs.

Many people like the Walking dead game series and I am included in that group. While this game is short it certainly does deliver. For anyone that enjoys the TWD series it is a must buy!

If you are hesitant then purchase when it is discounted.

I do wish there were more chapters though :(

Short, but another great TWD Telltale Story.

This game is really short (3 hours and that included maybe 30 minutes I had to replay). Definitely overpriced in comparison to say a full TWD Season which is at least twice as long for only $10 more. I'd recommend a purchase, but only at a discount.

Great story. Sheds some light into Michonne's back story. This miniseries also had more action than your typical TWD game which sort of alternates between action and long periods of just talking. Graphics also continue to improve as I recently went back to TWD S1 and can tell the difference.

I'm a big TWD fan, big Michonne fan, and big Telltale fan, so even at full price, I was happy with my purchase but I anticipate that most fans will want to pay 50% or less for this one.

11/10 Would date Michonne during the zombie apocalypse.

Oh boy, I won't bother to write a generic text here.

Storyline: 3/10
Short, boring, and uninteresting. Had so much more potential, but ♥♥♥♥ed it up terribly. Just, let me tell you how short it is like this: There's about 3 locations you'll psend more than 4 minutes in. The game also keeps throwing ♥♥♥♥ at you, and the button mashing system was so broken at a certain point that it took me an hour to find out what to do.

Characters: 2/10
The characters... Oh boy. Completely terrible. The main character, Michonne, might just be the most boring protagonist in the world. As a regularly sarcastic person, playing a character that smiles like once in the entire series is pretty ♥♥♥♥ing boring. The other characters are just plain out boring, too. You can't attach to them anyhow if they're lame, and they only last 3-6 hours.

Everything else: Probably 1/10
I can't be bothered to write more about this ♥♥♥♥ game. Don't buy it. Spend the money on something else. Something actually worth 15 bucks.

This was a very weak offering from Telltale. I loved their Walking Dead series 1 & 2 and The Wolf Among Us, but their recent games (this one and Game of Thrones) have just felt plain lazy.

The game is far too short - I completed it in just 3 hours! The story was pretty poor - you play Michonne while she is basically tripping and having hallucinations the whole time which really don't matter at all to the story at hand. Its so obvious that your decisions mean absolutely nothing that you can clearly see whats going to happen next and should have no trouble knowing what action you should be taking - in other words, I didn't feel the need to agonise over any of the decisions at all.

The only good thing I can find to say about this one is that the graphics were an improvement over previous titles, but thats all.

I really hope this isn't an indication of how The Walking Dead 3 or The Wolf Among Us 2 will go! I think I'll just watch the next Telltale game that comes out on Youtube instead of buying it.

Way too short (3hrs) for the price (USD$15). Price aside the short nature also disallows a deep connect to the characters like other Telltale games.

Also has absolute bs choices, there is a young female character you meet at the start and you that forced to assist the entire story.

Save yourself the money and just watch a let's play on YouTube you'll get the same experience.

Very disappointed. This is coming from a huge fan of both seasons of TTWD. This just felt like a chore to play, didn't have the intrigue of the story, and was plain annoying for large portions. Michonnes inner demon simulator isn't what I want from a TTWD game.

As I've heard the recent news about Season 3 coming out, i thought i should beat this game, it's actions might take effect in the incoming Season 3 adventures of Clementine.
I save you the 3,8hours playthrough, and that few bucks : IT ISN'T RELATED to the Walking dead season 1-2, not at all !

So, the game itself is really short, doesn't reveal a single thing about it's character besides Michonne, whose story is ALREADY known from the series. It adds nothing new to the universe, only some "choices" , with reaaaaally forseenable endings if you've played anything from the Telltale games before.

The thing i loved about the previous Walking Dead games is the dialoge system, but this game doesn't let you talk to 90% of the characters.

I don't recommend it at all

*** SPOILERS ***

I found that the entire subplot about her hallucinating about her daughters to be more annoying as there was practically no backstory for it, it was just happening. Maybe I just don't have the empathy for that kind of sob story. Or if it was once or twice an episode, not a constant every 10 minutes don't forget about this BS sub plot, as some stupid shadow runs across the screen in the background.

The game itself was just "ok" putting it beside great games like A Wolf Among Us and the original Walking Dead series with Lee and Clem. I would not buy this game at full price (and I didn't) and I'm glad I didn't. It's not bad, it's just not great, heck it's not even good. It's a very short story that took me about 4 hours to get through it and in the end I couldn't give a shart who lived or died with the exception of maybe Pete.

This game is a bit of a disappointment and Telltale games don't seem to grant you choices that truly effect the outcome of the games direction. The choice is an illusion that basically just allows you to chose who's left alive at the end of a linear narrative. Honestly at first when you get to the ferry I wanted to join the guys out on the boats and let the thief and her little brother on their own. I WANTED to rat out the kids and join the "bad guys" because they were clearly stealing from them. But the game forces you to be their friend and I was even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ near the end when I found out later it was true (they were steeling). I personally identified with the boat group a lot more, and in real life, that's what I'd have chosen. Unfortunately there was no option for that. BOOOOOOO!

I am a big fan of Telltale games. I have played all the walking dead and game of thrones episodes. The Michonne series is by far the weakest. First off, it is way too short. Character developpement is very week and choices are poor. I do not belive the choices we make really impact the game. That said, if you are craving WD epiosodes, it might calm you for a bit. Big fans should still buy it, on sale.

Congratulations Telltale, you somehow messed up one of the simplest ideas created by modern gaming - Cloud Saving. I've heard issues of people who have previously lost their save files in Season 2 and other games that use the functionality, but now i've got to experience it myself. I am absolutely astounded how, after attempting to complete this game in three different sessions in three consecutive days, that wheneven I launch the game, my data gets completely wiped BOTH times and none of the fixes craeted by users are able to solve the problem, when really, there shouldn't need to be fixes for this in the first place.

I was excited for the upcoming Batman and Season 3 of the Walking Dead seasons from you, but if you can't even get the key mechanic of all of your modern games to save, there's no point. I do not wish to replay an episode just to get the same choices again so the story goes my way, especially when there is no way to skip cutscenes or dialogue. If I hear anymore than isolated problems with choice saving in your next releases, I won't be buying another product from you. Slow down on your releases, get your cloud saving working, and then focus on making more episodes.

You're a good developer. Don't let me lose faith in you.
