What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We are looking for feedback from the community. Zxill has been a big project for us and we're almost there but at this stage we feel it is important to get some input before the final release from the community.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Not long but we want to stay in early access as long as the community feels they still have some input to give. The final release will be ready when we and our community feels it is ready. No sooner. No later.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In general the full version will have some general gameplay and visual tweaks as well as additional polish and bug fixes. The final version will also have plenty of additional story content that we're not quite ready to reveal yet.

Trading cards and achievements will also be added to the full version.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Beta - The core game is there but we still have some additional fancy parts to add. The build is stable but there may be some bugs here and there.

No trading cards or achievements yet...but they will be coming.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will remain the same.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Any bugs users experience will be fixed. Also if you have a slight tweak or feature to suggest go ahead. We want the community to feel as engaged as possible. If a feature you suggest makes its way into the game you will be credited in the credits of the final game.”
