- sleeper inventory saving bug has now been fixed
- fixed issue with food item values in campfires
- campfires will now cook multiple food items at once (only costs 1 wood)
- removed fog from loading screen
- fixed issue when patch notes cannot load on main menu
- fixed issue with disconnection and losing all items
- booby trap chests will now damage structures
- RPG missle will now damage surrounding structures
- RPG missle damage has been increased
- fixed cleaning text on set weather in admin menu
- tree culling has been decreased
- new nav mesh, AI will no longer travel through rocks and trees
- the RPG rocket is now craftable

Official servers have not been wiped.

About This Game

Nomad is a sandbox zombie survival game. Hunt, craft, kill and survive! Nomad is set in the future after a zombie apocalypse. Find food, drink, weapons, ammo and medical supplies - or craft them! Build a base to protect yourself but also remember to protect the base from raiding players.

Explore
Set years after an apocalypse, the world is over grown, broken and abandoned. Explore abandoned houses, medical buildings, police buildings, industrial buildings and military buildings. See the world many years later with wrecked vehicles littered across the lands and buildings overgrown and falling down.

Survive
Survival is key. Hunt for food and drink across the map, or simply kill others for it. Scavenge for medical items to heal broken bones and deep wounds.

PVP
Find weapons and ammo around the map and hunt down other players. Be that bloodthirsty bandito, or be a hero helping others - it's entirely up to you.

Base Building
Create your own bases by chopping down trees for wood. First create your foundation and snap walls, windows, doorways and ceilings to it. Add a door and lock it.. Place a workbench so that other players cannot build in the surrounding area. Make sure your workbench is hidden as other players can use it. Upgrade your wooden base to stone, by going out and mining with a pickaxe.

Farming
Find and collect packet of seeds around the world then use them to make your very own farm. Farming brings any benefits so make sure it's well protected.

Sleepers
We all have to sleep sometime. In Nomad, disconnected players will sleep on the floor so make sure you are in a safe, protected area when logging off.

Host your own servers
Host your own server directly in game or use the stand-a-lone server located at your Nomad Steam install directory.

it's a decent game in developing that you can play when you are bored or trying to kill your time and surviving , killing zombies , finding supplies , making your own farm with vegetables , also making a small base if you play solo , and be aware that your base will be raided next hour so don't make anything fancy because it's in van..
i wish you have fun in this game and find good people that won't kill you instantly every time you meet them or as a fresh spawn

Please! Fix!!!! I enjoy this game very much, I have played many hours on it along with a friend of mine. At nighttime while playing for some reason his internet gets really bad and gets kicked alot, i understand this is a issue on our side this is not the first game is has happened on, but when he gets kicked ALL his stuff is gone. I assume this to fight off combat loggers but if possible, Can it be changed when this happenes that he dies instead of just losing everything. We have lost many rare wepons, like miniguns and rpg's and even a couple C4 on our way to a raid. This has been the only complaint i have for this game so far. Other than that the game has been fun, For a free to play game this is very fun, when working on a goal it is very rewarding like making a base, we have gotten a very nice base built made out of metal and stone, but is annoying when he loses connection and alot of ores we worked hard getting are gone. So please consider the change to the player dieing instead of just being gone completely.

Very fun game one you get started and get used the the clunky AI. Overall i would highly recomend because it is free. This game is basicaly a mix between unturned and rust.

This game is acctually pretty good considering it's a Free To Play (although I recommend the Premium addon) it has a lot of cool and nifty features even though it's heavily inspired by games like Rust and some others - I would definetly recommend it.

This game is a total disappointment .
1.Tiny map , many players = PvP Arena . I Think that's why we have H1Z1 if we want a good pvp arena
2. Zombies are really simple
3.Housing system is really simple
4. The Dev is actually asking for people to buy Premium if they want to apply for the admin position on the Official Servers(He wants you to pay him and do his job , which he is awful at doing )
5. You can't host a server and if you try to host a server and have IPv6 or 4 , you're gonn' have a bad time.
6.Simplicity at its best , the Dev mainly plays Overwatch and doesn't give 2 cents .

If you want survival game with a cartoonistic environment , go to Unturned. Way better game . This game is just an Unturned wannabe. Def not reccommended.

This game is getting a Thumps up from me only because it's free,without any p2w crap.The game mechanics are very simplistic making it a fun good time killer.You gather wood and you mine rocks in order to craft stuff, you smelt metal and stuff like that, like you've seen in most survival games..
The Pros:It's free, simplistic
The cons:Well the cons are pretty much everything else in the game...The community sucks,everyone's hostile with each other,the looting system is very basic and generic.The zombies are not a threat what so ever. you rarely get to fight zombies in this game, no lore, no PVE challenge..Everything in this game is about PVP..you spawn, you die,you spawn, you die.This is basically your typical PVP arena with the survival skin on it.There is no immersion at all,The map is too small for the number of players playing in the official servers,so you get to see players everywhere which means you're getting killed,no vehicles...the parts that you can craft for a house are pretty basic with no variation.

I love the concept, I understand that it is in alpha and games are never perfect when in that stage of development. I played, it was interesting, but a little to similar to Mincraft. Keep up the great work! :-)

would like to inform everyone that the grass has constantly been clipping through my foundation for the flooring. which is really annoying. looks nothing like they showed in the video. also the ping gets ridiculous on the official servers. the community when i experienced this game was complete ♥♥♥♥. half the time people just destroy your building just because they feel like it. which i know is a choice but is it really necessary to destroy someone's house that they've been working on for quite some hours only to come back to it and half of it being gone? i give this game a 6/10. i kinda want to play it again but im not feeling the lag and the way things are layed out and also the materials do not stack. whoever mentioned that they did is mistaken. when i was foraging for wood and other materials all i see are single stacks of things take up space

Awesome game to play with friends, we had tons of fun, if you are looking for a game to hop in with your mates and you don't mind blocky graphics and some bugs, this is it.

This game has a lot of potential.

Nomad, the pixelated action packed surivival game!

For all of the below note that this game is still in an aplha phase, since my short time playing there have been 3 updated pushed forward fixing bugs and so on that have been brought to light by the community.

Pros:

-Very simplistic in design
-Fool proof building system
-Small yet 'full' map layout
-Active player base and responsive Developer

-The ability to create your own single player service! Open the ports and let friends come and play too!

Cons:

-Loot timers, resets and despawns are a little unclear
-Grass clipping through foundations (Although i'm sure this is/will be fixed in future update)
-When it gets DARK boy does it get DARK!
-Abundance of abandonded structures through out the wilderness
-Lack of active admins to moderate the chat

All things considered I personally really like this game, With a few more fixes and updates I'm sure the game will continue to grow.
