About This Video

Miami Police Department detective and martial artist Kung Fury time travels from the 1980s to World War II to kill Adolf Hitler, a.k.a. "Kung Führer", and revenge his friend's death at the hands of the Nazi leader. An error in the time machine sends him further back to the Viking Age.

Director David Sandberg is a Swedish filmmaker with years of experience in directing television commercials and music videos. In 2012, he quit the commercial directing business and focused on writing a script for an action comedy film set in the 1980s, inspired by action films of that era - Kung Fury.

This Film, is the best thing in Cinema history. Was this great? No it wasn't great, it was downright Epic. Epic doesn't even do this movie justice. This Movie is beyond understanding. To people who don't like this film, I say to you, "Are you even Human?" This movie is better thang the garbage films of today. This movie literaly has it all for 80's children and adults of today.

Pros: Epic Laser Raptors, Kung Fu Magic, Swords, Guns, Bringining Nazi Justice, David Hasselhoff, theres so many other pros it could fill pages and pages of content.

Cons: This movie has no cons, it literaly can't have any.

1,000,000/10 "Would have my history of the United States rewritten, again and again. Would watch timetravel again and again. Would watch Thor drop from the sky again and again. I would pay to see this in theaters, again an again. If you don't think it's worth watching, just sit down and grab some popcorn. Then play this film. You won't regret it."

Kung Fury is basically the main reason (maybe the only one) why you have a folder "videos" at your steam library. I promise you gonna love it. Kung Fury has everything you can imagine... and much more (even Hal - sorry - Hoff 9000!). The best of 80's in 30 minutes of perfect parody. And it's free. Must see!

If you grew up in the 80's, I feel sorry for you. But it also has its merits, as you'll catch many references this short piece has. It's full of mind-blowing action, magnificent special effects and cheesy acting, just like we like it. Well, at least I do...

The plot is about a guy who travels in time to defeat Hitler and his army of Nazis. Along the way he meets many friends: Viking chicks, Thor, a dinosaur cop and a sentient arcade cabinet, among others. But the simple story isn't really why you would watch this, right? There are lots of Nazi soldiers and other punks being ripped apart in hilarious ways, that's what you get from this.

Do I recommend it? Well, you can already see that I do, sooo... Just go watch it, for the price of exactly $0.00 it's well worth it. I'd even pay for this little gem if that was an option. Anyway, I sure hope they decide to release a full-length movie of this. But even if they don't, I'll still die happy.
