My 4 daughters and i love this game, my 5 year old always asks to play it and it's so adorable. Also a good game to get her used to matching colors and numbers of customers to the number of seats. SOOOOO CUTE to watch...

I recommend the game to anyone who ever fell in love with the free online demo of this game (even though storymode level 10 seems to be ridiulously difficult to me ;P) and wants to experience the real deal. It has a lot of different features to spice things up a bit and it's amazing.

Now, there is one kind of massive con to this game, that seems to be a common issue if I am to believe the internet: The game crashes with a lot of people while trying to start up story mode on Windows. There is an easy fix to it, but it means deleting all the cartoon cut scenes. >: So in order to play the game, I lost half of the actual story. Oh well.

Still a very addicting game.

I used to enjoy playing this game back when I was younger and I recently saw it on Steam and decided to play it again for old times sake. But sadly, there was a one slight problem with it. The game crashed whenever I clicked the play button. HOWEVER, THERE'S AN EASY WAY TO FIX THE CRASHING ISSUE!

1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Diner Dash Hometown Hero\assets\downloads\_default\restaurants on your computer and you will see a bunch of folders that should be called "ballpark", "boardwalk", "disco", "museum" and "zoo".

2. Go into all of those folders one by one and click on the folder inside each of them called "comics" and delete all the .swf files inside the "comics" folder that say "intro" or "outro".

3. If you did everything right, the game should work fine now (but be warned, the cutscenes won't be there anymore). Enjoy!
