Highly recommend! This is one of my all-time favorite word games. It's funny, well written, and very challenging as the levels progress. Like Bookworm, this game is a solid word puzzler and requires a little thought in order to maximize points. If there's a drawback it's a slight one - the play over once you've beaten the game is a little tedious as there's nothing new added.

I one-shotted Jack Sprat with F-I-D-E-L-I-T-Y. Awesome. Be warned that the game is so old that it's not even widescreen. And if you think "Man, there's gotta be a smartphone version of this, let me go check..." stupidly there isn't, only the crappy non-RPG-ish original Bookworm game and a freemium-cancer-ridden PVP version.

This game, like its prequel, is a word game with RPG elements, and it's a whole lot of fun. You work with a grid of 16 letters, trying to form the best possible words out of the letters. The game's very Scrabble-esque. Powerups, bonus words, and other factors keep the game interesting. The game has a fun story that weaves through classic literature.

It's challenging, but this is one game that I had a hard time putting down until I finished it. I think it's definitely worth it for $10. (I think I got it for $20 when it came out, and I was happy with it at that price.)

There's not much of a difference between Volume 2 and Volume 1. If you liked one, get the other. There's no real need to play Volume 1 first.

This is a great little game to stretch the mind and enjoy. You, as Lex, are tasked with correcting the literary world, starting with looking at your well known nursery rhymes in a whole new light.

Great game with lots of fun graphics and gameplay :)

If you like words and RPGS then this game is for you! But it is very hard. I died in the first book nearly 10 times before moving on to the next.

This is an excellent game for anyone with a strong grasp of the English language. You really feel like you're using your brain to pound enemies into submission, especially when you manage to best an enemy by spelling something obscure like "Salubrious" or "Defenestrate." Might be less fun for people with tiny brains who can't spell. You're not one of THOSE people, though, are you?

Enlarge your lexicon and vary your vocabulary - envigorating pasttime for lovers of words, young and old. Most exciting are the literary allusions :)
