About This Game

Once upon a time in the World of Imagi…
WELCOME TO THE BIGGEST LIVE-COMPETITION THEATER EVER SEEN!

Imagi is the country where fairy tale characters live, with its bad guys and damsels in distress. So much so that becoming prince charming is a treacherous path where the gloves really come off! Two, three or four players all pretend to be princes who must survive a series of challenges, the goal being to... make the others fail! The competition will be tough, but very funny!

The Great Romantic Games of Imagi are ready to start! The first competitors are making their entrance: the regular Prince Charming and his dear Princess Abraca, Hansel and Gretel (the two enormous kids) and several colorful creatures are waiting to jump into the battle. And there are even more champions to this roster: Don Quichotte, a masochist BBW (Big Bad Wolf) followed by the nasty Red Hood. Turn up the heat, because the Snow Queen is coming from the north and she’s bringing a big furry beast with her!

But dreams of friendly jousts between high-born nobles will collapse when faced with the reality of extreme fights against monsters and falling endlessly into traps and pits everywhere! Loyalty, bravery, honour – forget them all! Their fiercest opponents will be each other, for only the most cunning competitors can win this free-for-all dungeon race!

– FAIRY TALES from your childhood… in a WHACKY version: : Castles, dragons, princes, mermaids, witches and magical beans that will awaken you inner child and allow you to, at last, remove the stupid smile from the face of those cheesy heroes…

– At last, a real PARTY GAME… FOR GAMERS: Easy and fun to play, hard to master. Competitive free-for-all furious gameplay, where three of you monsters can face against one prince, or stand in the princesses’ slippers in a ready-to-rumble mode.

– HOURS OF RUN AND FIGHT: offline local multiplayer of up to 4 players only;5 environments, 2 multiplayer modes, 3 solo Challenge/Scoring modes, surprises to unlock and megabosses (inspired by your deepest nightmares.) All of this will grant you ample opportunities to laugh and boo your couch-neighbour!

– PRINCE CHARMING or BEAST? Both, my dear. As one of the 5 princes (each with their unique powers), you must complete each stage as fast as possible, while your 3 monster opponents activate traps and defenses to slow you down and make you fall. You can also play a princess, fighting against 3 of your "best friends" in an arena to give a life bonus to your prince for the next stage. The power of love…

Be careful, ABRACA is a controller-exclusive game, you will need 1 controller per player. Make sure you own such devices before you purchase the game. The game can only be played in offline local multiplayer mode of up to 4 players.

Amazing and fun party game! It's like a mix of Crawl, Smash, and Castle Crashers. I just wish there were unlockable costumes, levels, or characters to incentivize continued play. I would really love to see new charcters or costumes! :)
You are doing an amazing job so far!

I'm an idiot and didn't realize this was best played with a few friends couch-style. Double-entendre. Anyway, Good company, cute game, feels like they tried to do a mix of SSMB and Speedrunners. Not bad. 6/10 if solo, 8/10 with friends.

This game is really bad.

It's a great concept and the character designs are really great. There's a lot of effort that went into making this game very artistically apealling but the mechanics and design are really hard to deal with. There are many different game modes and you can tell a lot of effort went into their design but it tries to be too much and gets spread too thin. The controls are incredibly clunky despite how easy they are to work with. A lot of the game modes are incredibly boring and drawn out. I only played this game 30 minutes and it felt like 6 hours of perpetual boredom. I was trapped in some kind of hell that had cute fluffy creatures that laughed at every tiny struggle I had.

Since i see no really usefull reviewers, I decided to give you guys one.

This is actually a really good party game, but ONLY a party game! This game is probably one of the best Local games out there. I don't know how the heck the others managed to rate this game after playing for like 20 minutes, but think i tried it enough to give it a rating.

There are three modes: Race, Arena and Challenge mode.

The race mode is 2-4 player. This the mode that makes the game shine. You have to get through 9 stages before the others, and in every round, the chosen one has to go as far as possible within 60 seconds. While the chosen ones struggles to get through the stage, he have to escape from monsters which is controlled by 1-3 local opponents. (NO BOTS. ONLY THE OTHER LOCAL PLAYERS) On their way to comleting each stage, he/she have to escape the opponents either by avoiding them or beating them to move on. Every character gets a chance every round to be the chosen one, who has to go through the stages. If you are lucky and good then you might go through 3 stages within 60 seconds. And if you are unlucky then you might stay in the same stage until the next round. After every round the first chosen one is being chosen by a battle between friends (works like smash bros). The one who is finishing and beating the stage 9 boss the first will win the game.

The arena mode works like smash. But there's no strong attack and it's not about getting each other off the map. The arena mode depends on what the actual task is of that specific Arena mode. One of the tasks is to collect coins and beat them out of each other and put them into a golden chest full of coins, there's also the standard ones like Survival Mode where you have to be the last one standing the map.

Challenge mode (single player): This mode is just about small challenges like hitting a few targets before the time is over. There's three kinds of Challenge modes, but they all have the same principle, which is to make you understand and be better at playing the game. Don't buy the game if you are only thinking of playing Challenge mode.

Pros:
+ Insanely fun Local Co-op game.
+ Each character has their own unique skills and playstyle
+ You should be good to go as long as you know how to play super mario.
+ Can play with family and friends.

Cons:
- no bots
- no online mutiplayer
- no singleplayer mode except for the challenge mode
- if you are playing against your girlfriend, then you might have to act like a noob if she sucks. lol
