In the year 3012 A.D., Earth is barely surviving. A decade has passed since an iron-based comet tore through our planet, obliterating over 70% of life.

During an expedition, a team of prospectors discovers an enigmatic signal emanating from within a hollow asteroid. They uncover an ancient alien artifact, glowing with an otherworldly light. Upon contact, they are abruptly teleported to an alternate dimension.

Stricken with amnesia and scattered, the crew is captured and enslaved on a sinister AI-controlled mining barge. Forced to mine asteroids in mech suits, they must collect resources, craft tools, and devise an escape plan.

Spoiler Alert Flashbacks reveal a vibrant Earth of the past and a glimpse of advanced Gaia. Memories of a young girl, eerily similar to a long-lost sister, piloting a mech suit to carry her injured grandfather up a mountain surface. The protagonist must escape the prison, repay their debt as a slave miner, and seek answers about this alien realm. The ultimate goal? To retrieve the alien artifact and return home.

Upon escaping the barge, the quest to recover the alien artifact begins. This time-altering device could potentially revert the comet’s devastating impact on Earth.

Immerse yourself in a survival simulation as a prisoner forced into space flight and asteroid mining. Explore a procedurally generated open world with fully destructible environments governed by Newtonian physics in this space flight sim and psychological survival horror game.

Experience a hands-on futuristic space mining simulation in a gameplay-focused, character-driven first-person VR and non-VR immersion. Set in an episodic universe centered around unlikely heroes from diverse origins, you play the role of a vulnerable space miner trapped as a prisoner aboard a mining barge converted into a prison for asteroid miners. Wake up, mine, explore and use your wits and skills to escape the barge and find your family.

As an enslaved Asteroid Miner, you can either work to pay off your debt or devise clever means to escape the malevolent AI overlords orbiting Earth.

Episode One EARLY ACCESS Our graphics and gameplay are subject to change as we are still in EARLY ACCESS. We reward our community for making suggestions and finding bugs. We are an indie team, and some of us working part-time until we secure more funding from our upcoming Kickstarter. nDiG is committed to this series and will continue to build for years to come, even if development slows down and we have to source work from the community. ARM PLANETARY PROSPECTORS EP1 is still in EARLY ACCESS and subject to change. We are using this time to make improvements and iterations to the design, art, story, tech, and performance. Once the pilot episode 1 meets our quality standards, we will continue with future episodic content. This game is not abandoned or vaporware. We are a small indie team, some of us balancing full-time jobs in the game and other industries. We ask for your PATIENCE and THANK YOU for your SUPPORT.
