A great addition to the To the Moon series. Personally, I thought it was better then Minisode 1!

(Due to the lack of a thumbnail, this review is of the To the Moon DLC 2: 2014/2015 Holiday Special)

The sequel to the mini-sequel to To The Moon.

Shortly after ints predecessor is when this one takes place. The concerns about the ethical issue in the previous mini-sequel kinda' dies down as we now get a short story about suspicious activity (which is WTF-worthy in a good way) and a heart-warming Christmas story with the return of some familiar faces.

If you have To the Moon and needed more, then I recommend looking into this one. But make sure you play it after the first mini-sequel. It's free too.

Another free mini-sode, this one better than the first. If you enjoyed To the Moon, this is an excellent continuation of the story told there and the cast of characters presented in that game. The story here is truly what you want to experience, and it pertains directly to the very end of the main game and what that all means. By the end, I still managed to want more and I hope the studio further expands the world and makes another mini-sode or full game to broaden the scale of the world of To The Moon.

This is super neat! It shows more about the Sigmund corp team and the rest of guys. This minisode shares a nice christmas spirit, and has a plot twist as well. Well made!

10/10 Go get it, it's free!

WHAT WAS THAT IN THE ENDING?! WHAT WAS NEIL TRYING TO DO? WHO SHUT THE POWER OFF MANUALLY?....well that might have been Eva...but IS NEIL EVEN REAL? We now get the idea that Eva is connected and traped in the device. That other Eva might have been Eva's subconcious trying to warn herself...BUT WHAT ABOUT NEIL? An illusion? A program? Will this be answered in Finding Paradise or will Kan Gao and the rest of freebird Games hold it off for another game? I hope not considering the cliffhanger they left. Once more the Soundtrack is amazing and I cant wait for Finding Paradise to see what A bird Story has to do with the To The Moon series.

This is the second free DLC for the excellent game, To the Moon.

The continuation of the story is a bit spooky: much darker than the previous 'minisode', but most definitely interesting. As with the other releases, the pixel art is excellent and the music is very well done. The writing is still very good, but the same attention to detail that was paid to the previous releases doesn't seem to have been applied here; I saw a few annoying grammar errors, including one within the first few seconds of play. I'd suggest that Freebird should do another edit of the character text and issue a patch, as these were the only such errors I've found in any of their games, and they marr their otherwise perfect record.

Regardless, I very much look forward to playing any more 'minisodes' or full episodes in the To the Moon series.

If you enjoyed To the Moon and you've completed both it and the first free DLC, then you should definitely pick this up, too.

This is the second minisode for ‘To the Moon’, another short story set at the company Christmas party of the two protagonists of the main game.
This time there is a much more apparent undertone about the moral questions Sigmund’s practise attracts: is anyone entitled to create a lifetime of lies for someone, no matter how desperate they are towards the last few days of their life?

These dilemmas are emphasised by an isolationists theme, where the two colleagues, Eva and Neil feel even more distant, despite the time of the year. Neil just wants to stay at the office to continue his own questionable experiments, and Eva struggling with the decision of trying to get closer to him or just leave him and have a dinner with her family.

The dilemma is solved in the end, but the solution isn’t really satisfactory and just asks even more questions about these people… and sows a few disturbing seeds for the future.
