Fish are friends, not food!

Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming. What do we do? We swim, swim, swim.

Everyone has their place on the food chain. It's a static reference to our predators and prey, dictating the creatures we're able to dominate, and those we would be better off avoiding. Sitting on the top of the chain, we as humans need not worry about being spontaneously eaten while simply out on a morning walk, but for the aquatic dwellers in Feeding Frenzy 2 it's a constant race to eat or be eaten, with a constantly evolving menu as every fish fills its belly and inflates itself in order to devour more and more. Morbid stuff for a casual game.

Feeding Frenzy 2 essentially works on the basis that there's always a bigger fish, and you want to be it. Gameplay is almost suffocatingly simple, boiling down to "eat what's smaller than you; avoid what's bigger" with the only change coming when you eat enough of the smaller fish that you're no longer one of them, and can then swim around chomping on everything that moves. It's basic, though undeniably enjoyable for what it is. Levels aren't particularly well balanced, and the lack of widescreen support (which means you are forced to play in a very narrow field of view) makes most deaths seem unfair, but otherwise it's a perfectly solid casual experience (if far less rewarding than I remember it being almost a decade ago upon release).

Budget priced and good for a few hours, I can recommend Feeding Frenzy 2 provided you are OK with playing what is ultimately little more than a mouse exercise. I doesn't hold up under extended play sessions, but for a few minutes a day it's a cute lesson on meaningless homicide, with some subliminal racist undertones to boot. What's not to love?

Upon buying this game i was expecting a casual laid back type of game. Where i could each fish to my hearts content. When i actually played the first level i saw asian APM is required and atleast 10000 dpi to hold a combo above 5000. This game has great content and will leaving you eating fish for years 10/10. On the downside i know not many machienes have the power to run this game but if you can then the experience is definatly worth it.

A game to play whenever you have 5 or 10 minutes to spare but don't want to really pay attention to anything. It seems a game developed for a mobile phone and nothing really great happens but you get to be a variety of fish and also learn some curious facts about marine life.

This game....This game is the hardest game you'll ever play you run out of live start over ♥♥♥♥♥, you get killed by a shark start over ♥♥♥♥♥. This game is harder than dark souls 1 and 2 combined. The story in this game is a masterpiece that can match games like Bioshock Infinite and The Last Of Us. It is a heartbreaking story about a baby fishes mother dying and the baby fish must rise up in the ranks of the Fish Empire. You are Adolph Fitler. Sieg Fish.

This is an extremely fun game. Anyone who enjoyed the first stage of Spore where you were a little creature trying to eat small things and grow while avoiding things bigger than you should check this out. There is enough variety across the 60 levels to keep things interesting. You get to play as several different kinds of fish and prey on a variety of different fish as well. There are powerups and obstacles that come and go. There are some fun boss battles (against the same enemy as different fish.) There is a decent, casual level of challenge, with one of the levels toward the end being rather challenging. There is a nice surprise after you beat the game, and for some added replayability and challenge, there is a time attack mode.

Feeding Frenzy is one of those foodchain games where you eat smaller things to grow bigger. And you try to avoid getting eaten by something bigger yourself until you are on top of the foodchain. It's similar to games like Osmos or the first stage of spore only you are a fish. The artstyle aren't great, but does the trick. The thing what makes Feeding Frenzy 2 less enjoyable is the horrible mouse controls. So I would recommend just getting another one of these games with more enjoyable controls.

You are a fish, and you eat other fish so you can become a bigger fish. Enough Said. Feeding Frenzie!

This game is fun, but gets very repetitive after a few stages. The boss battles are dumb and repetitive. The first installment was better in my opinion. Controls are weird at first, and to my knowledge can not be changed.
