This is one of the first games I have ever played in my life, this is kinda part of my childhood...
I used to enjoy it so much when I was a kid...
when I saw it on Humble Bundle i just had to buy it!
of course I enjoy it less now but its still very enjoyable, many levels, skins, abilities and many different fish to eat and enemies to run away from that you unlock in time...

Memories...

A true classic, from my days on the school computer, to now. It is still a game worth playing and owning. This game not only shows you the struggle to the top, but also provides little facts between levels about the aquatic kingdom. I will admit it is a little annoying when two fish corner you, and then the Shark or whatever is the dangerous fish of the level comes in for the easy kill. I'd give it a solid 3.5/5-4/5 stars, because I don't seem to see a way to save in story mode, and story mode is too long for me not to want a break.

This is one of the most engaging titles I have played in recent years. Feeding Frenzy 2: Shipwreck Showdown Deluxe™ is one of the last old-school classics, and every modern game should try to learn from the greatness of this title.

From the astounding, vivid, almost LIFELIKE visuals which really capture the feeling of a deep sea aquatic adventure, to the dynamic, orchestral soundtrack which supplements the gameplay extremely well; this game is as close to perfection as one can get. But Feeding Frenzy 2: Shipwreck Showdown Deluxe™ is more than a game; it is a critique towards the human condition in the 21st Century. The world order in Feeding Frenzy 2: Shipwreck Showdown Deluxe™ is eat, or be eaten; much like it is in our society.

Personally, I think this game should be remastered with modern technology, to give the developers the possibility to fully realize their vision for this groundbreaking game, which was not possible at the time of it´s release. Just imagine this: Feeding Frenzy 3. With even better visuals, Oculus Rift Support, and a multiplayer to fully capture the Online market. I have a dream. And this dream is Feeding Frenzy.

Eat small fish while trying not to get eaten, get bigger and eat slightly bigger fish while trying not to get eaten by the big fish, get even bigger and then DOMINATE THE ENTIRE SEA AND SHOW THOSE DAMN TUNA WHO IS THE TRUE GOD OF THE SEA untill a tiger shark comes along and eats you whole. yeah better watch out for that. so basically the game is nothing but that, fish fish fish fish. You play get to play as a bunch of diffrent fish, about 8 levels for each fish, who slowly get bigger and begin eating bigger fish, its a perspective thing too, you may have looked like the king of the ocean in the last level, but there are still fish much bigger then you in the next, that you'll have to get bigger then to eat. so theoritaclly by the end of the game your a playing as a shark the size of some small countries. The plot of the game is that this freaky alien fish is going around wrecking stuff up, so its up to a bunch of fish who have banded together to stop this bearded monstrocity killing anymore humans, seriously it's sunken ships, no doubt killing most of crew on the ship. So thats basically it, eat stuff and grow to the point where you put the Kraken to shame.
