About This Game

Airscape: The Fall of gravity is a gravity-shifting action platformer about an octopus, a dangerous world, and crazy physics.

Captured from its underwater home by a mechanical alien race, the player, a deep-sea octopus, must journey through a strange and disorienting environment where gravity follows the contours of the land and blobs of water float suspended in the air. You’ll have to run, jump, and dodge your way past torpedoes, rockets, lasers, seekers, and more!

This demo includes the first two zones of the game, including six levels.

Features:
  • Innovative gravity system that will have you flipping and revolving around the level
  • Floating water formations put a new perspective on the platforming action
  • Physics-based terrain allows the level to shift around the player in a moment's notice
  • Original full orchestral soundtrack
  • Did we mention that the player-character is an octopus in a helmet?

    • Processor: 2 GHz Dual Core

Really cute, quite fun, intuitive menu, and great humorous start; unfortunately the constant death isn't my thing at the moment, however the no blood, no guts, no gore is an awesome plus.

Airscape is really fun (and dizzying!) 10/10

It was such a unique experience to have to think without a fixed gravitational "down" - reminded me a bit of "FEZ" though I enjoyed this more because it was simpler, faster, and cuter.

I would love to get more story (e.g. revealing how the little 8-legged hero was able to escape and what its purpose is now) and I really look forward to the completed game!

Heads up, initially the game told me that the FPS was slow so I had to lower my resolution, which I fixed by setting the resolution to "Auto" (after failing to make the notification go away when testing out the other options).

Pretty fun i hope there are more speed run type levels where you try to go as fast as your can just trying to dodge enemys could be pretty boring and mondane. some people just like to go fast and that can be very fun with these mechanics
