What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We've got the core of Dizzel - fast-paced firefights - in place, and we want everyone who is interested in our game to play it as soon as possible. With that being said, there's still a lot of content - new guns, maps, play modes, characters, etc. - that are in development. In addition, there's a lot of balancing that will require feedback from the community for guidance. Finally, since Dizzel is an online-focused title, we want to make sure that everything works 100% before announcing the game as released (if Blizzard & EA regularly have issues with game launches, who are we to say we can do better?).”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We're hoping for sometime between "not long enough" and "way too long". Basically, we'll release once the game feels complete & polished, and there's no outstanding technical issues or major bugs. Of course, we'll keep adding to the game after it's released, so maybe "complete" isn't the best word - maybe we should go with "when there's more than enough stuff to do & collect."”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of Dizzel will have a more complete assortment of content - more maps, play modes, guns, characters, etc. - and will be better balanced for competitive play.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay is in place, with a couple of game modes enabled, including team deathmatch & predator (AKA killer robots). There are several characters to choose from, and a variety of guns already available for use. Also, the game seems to work for most people.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Dizzel is a free-to-play title with optional micro-transactions. We're not planning for any account wipes during Early Access or at full release, so there's no need to worry about items disappearing or anything like that. We plan to reward those players who choose to support us during Early Access - stay tuned for details!”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“There are three main areas we're focusing on for community involvement. We'll be using community feedback to guide our balancing efforts, so we can ensure that a variety of playstyles & weapons are feasible for competitive & casual play. In addition, we'll be soliciting feedback about different developmental objectives (like new maps, play modes, weapons, etc.) so that we can prioritize whatever players want most. Lastly, we're hoping to identify & fix any bugs/errors that pop up during Early Access with the community's help.”

Impression after 2 hours...

Dizzel is a somewhat dated title that started its development back in 2009 and was released in South Korea.
Take Gears of War and Metal Gear Solid and you get Dizzel. While the mix of Gears of War, Metal Gear and over-the-top violence sounds nice, the overall experience that Dizzel provides proves to be lackluster due to the fact that its gameplay and presentation has been by many other shooters.
Players will be able to engage in various match types, including a traditional set of game modes such as team deathmatch and bomb diffuse. Dizzel also comes with some unique spinoff modes including Predator and Annihilation.
- Annihilation – Each team takes turns playing as killer sentinel war machines, while the opposing team tries to survive by any means necessary.
- Predator - A player is randomly selected to be the ‘BOSS’, with tremendous speed, massive stat boosts, and a giant sword to hunt down the opposition. Work with your teammates to take out the ‘BOSS’ & turn the tables with a ‘BOSS’ of your own!

Combat in Dizzel plays out exactly the way that one would expect from a tactical TPS: run, jump, roll, take cover, coordinate with teammates, defeat enemies and complete objectives.
What feature does Dizzel promote in order to distinguish itself from other TPS titles? Why, that would be the execution system. Simply put, whenever players loses most of their health in battle, they’ll be put into a groggy state where enemys can finish them off the old fashion way (with gunfire), or get fancy with it and pull off an execution kill with a simple press of their F key. Think of it just like the curb-stomp executions in Gears of War, but executions in Dizzel are a lot less interesting.

You can also sneak through the walls and shot between them, like a real soldier does, we all might know that in real the soldiers don't go to kill people like Rambo, they hide behind a wall and start to shoot properly.
Okay so, am the kind of gamer which likes and appreciate the following things on a game,: Good Graphics , The gameplay must be innovating and fluid, they might be real depending on the game (so if we are playing a war game it would be one of the things i gotta judge), The Mobility of a game is one of the factors i mostly like, i prefer more the games that give you some adrenaline while playing it, and of course my enemy must be such as all gamers.

The graphics are good enough to make you feel that your inside the battlefield, I saw better graphics on a game but at least this graphics keep the reality of the game to the maximum as possible, even if it has not much sense because its a future TPS game, its still awesome.
The game have input some new systems that are not in any FPS, but they still need to improve / add some new things.
I think this game is more for those guys who prefer to have fun with some FPS games in a short amount of time.
The weapon design is interesting, They are pretty well made, some weapons were never seen in any other fps games, even if the round magazine its not enough to abuse of their truly power i think its OK.
This game has tons of action and brutal gore scenes. For those that have never played a TPS title before may be able to enjoy Dizzel.

Score: 68 / 100

Oh boy... Where do I begin with this one?
Standard generic 3rd person shooter, generic maps, generic guns. All in all a less than average game somehow, no where near the graphical appeal of AvA (Never thought I would actually be complimenting that game.) This is possibly the worst 3rd person MMO I've ever played.

Pros:
They attempted to be original mechanics wise, they have a Gears of War'esque cover system and feel to the game.
It's early access so they still have plenty of room to grow and expand (and lord knows I hope this isn't anywhere near the finished product.)

Cons:
Poorly made game.
Poor graphics.
Poor game mechanics. (You have a cover system, not that you will EVER use it.)
Pay to win, all day.
Barely any servers.

Rating: 3/10 (Being generous.) I would recommend this game if you have an afternoon to kill (and possibly yourself by the time you're done, having realised you just wasted your afternoon.) and no other better games to play.

Lets jump right in. The cover mechanism is awful; in-game movement is not very fluid; the graphics could be better: those are my only complaints.
On the other hand, quick spawning is a very positive trait in this game, you don't have to wait at all after dying; you get to dive right in.
It is not a very bad game, a few improvements here and there would do it justice; but until then, thumbs down.

Just a no no no.

2003 graphics with no actualy awesomewtf gameplay in it.
Either have good graphics with decent gameplay or have ♥♥♥♥ graphics with good gameplay. but this one doesn't have both.
Its another P2W game with just one peek inside the store... played 2 games. Melee mode is just a joke. and the TDM makes me claustrofobic.

This game installed physx software that didn't uninstall when I moved steam to my SSD and then updated my video drivers.
Now my physx softward in my uninstall programs list is asking for the old path on my HDD. This has caused me 3 hours of trouble-shooting, and figuring out how to install my videocard drivers blind. Steam needs to disable the physx software installation for this game... I hope I can figure out how to uninstall it with out having to get into my registry. Redownloading the whole game just to try to uninstall.

I only played this game for around 15 minutes, and I regret wasting that much time.
Wonky aiming, terrible GoW clone, and the game is just general P2W un-fun garbage.

looks like a fun arena shooter but a super low player population and no bots or a single player mode keeps this from being any fun.

To Be fair I couden't play it I tried a few matches but its feels like i'm crontrolling a stiff wooden board or pushing a big wooden box with no weels over sand.
Also if I shoot first I don't know what is happening.
I'm hitting the enemy but in the end he and I fell both dead on the ground or I die and he walks away like its nothing.
Also the only weapon that is hit secure is a sniper rifle all the other weapens are so unacured to my feeling that even burst firing is even awfully unacured and I did burst fire.
I can reasen that the charecter you play has a ton of armor on but it shouden't be that it becomes completly cluncky.
Maybe for others that can look through it but I say no this game.
