Update 1.2: Bugfixing, Optimizing, Improved Controller Support

For Update #2 we mainly concentrated on bugfixing and optimizing the game. We've lowered the points you'll need to reach the next level. In some levels errors occurred, like in "soccer match" it was possible to score a goal when kicking from besides the goal. We've fixed bugs like that.

In addition to that we've also improved the support of controllers, do that from now on you can also use Xbox one and PS4 controller.

Finished the game/all levels in 0.3h. You probably shouldn't play this game sober and/or alone.

Zoo Rampage is the equivalent of an animal train wreck. Taking control of a selection of captive zoo creatures, you are let loose in a map of helpless humans and buildings, free to wreak as much havoc as possible until the bell rings. The idea is outrageous, and for a few minutes actually entertaining, but after a single level Zoo Rampage has already demonstrated to you the entirety of what it is: a shallow, admittedly amusing up to a (very brief) point, game with a serious shortage of content and objectives. Even had it been loaded with levels and modes, the core of its gameplay is so simple that it would ultimately be for naught to try and extend an experience that has already grown stale.

There's really nothing more I can say about Zoo Rampage, so extreme is its curtness that you can see absolutely everything it has to offer in a matter of minutes. It would be a hard sell at a dollar, its only real draw being a silly thing to turn on for a few moments when you have some friends around, but at ten times that it's a sad joke that I desperately hope people do not buy into. Zoo Rampage couldn't fill the average demo, let alone sustain itself as a full retail product.

So when I started Zoo Rampage, I was introduced to some weird controls. You can not use the mouse but the WASD keys to navigate through the menu. This game can be played by your self or with 3 other friends. 4 players max. You play as Zoo animals and you destroy stuff and rack up points. That's basically it. Collect as much points as possible before the time runs out. I got bored after 3 minutes cause I played it by myself so in order to have fun with this game. FRIENDSHIP REQUIRED

Addicting "wreak havoc" arcade game. Got free through their Vote for us on Greenlight promo. The current price is a little steep for how short it is (all maps beaten in 15 min, 100% in under 2 hours), not sure if they plan on adding more maps/modes. Currently there are 3 modes: Rampage, African Elephant Soccer, and Hungry Hungry Hippopenguins with a dozen or so different animals. Giraffes will be the death of us apparently.

Fun game worth the money, it will be a bit better when it goes on sale. This is an old school no brain required Arcade/party game, knock down people cause chaos be a giraffe kicking the little people with there tasers. Don't come into this look for some deep plot or indepth gameplay. Expect GTA 1 meets smash tv sorta gameplay.

Do you want to murder hapless zoogoers, padestrians, policeman, and zookeepers as a Giraffe? If you answered no, you are likely dead inside and should move along.
Would you like to destroy walls, buildings, balloon vendors, and giant trees, also as a Giraffe (or reindeer, tiger, gorilla, elephant, really!) ?Again, your answer should be an easy yes.
Most importantly, would you like to spend .4 hours bathing in the blood of your human enemies, showing them your paws of fury.
YES

Play this game.

Finally a game where you can unleash the fury of the animal kingdom at being all caged up. The zoo's are full of different animals, choose your weapon of destruction from tigers, to penguins and even be a real live bear! Some modes cant be used without a buddeh like the soccer mode but other modes are still enjoyable. Animals are always all caged up at the zoo watching everyone come by and visit and them, at last the animals are free to visit the people, go shopping or engage in other activities.

This is the awesomest game since awesome came to awesome town!

I'm surprised that it took that long for game developers to discover the enormous potential lying in this concept. After playing countless hours of both Zoo Tycoons and Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis, the best part of the entire experience was when I set my animals free in my 100%-ishly built park and let them demolish it to dust (also eat the visitors in JPOG and get a Game Over mere minutes after completing the very same park, lol).
This game is incredibly epic, but it could use some (MUCH) more content and if you look at the price tag, you'll understand what I mean. There's just so much potential in it I don't even know where to begin (tons of more maps, animals, game mods, leaderboards, online functions, Freakin' Dinosaurs like in good old Zoo Tycoon (2) and the list goes on).
I really hope that it'll eventually get more content, otherwise it won't entertain you for too long as the entire game can be completed in less than an hour and with a single playthrough you can get almost every achievements.
That aside I really like the concept and it's arcade-ish feel, but I played flash games longer than this one.

I recommend to everyone who are reading this to wait for a discount and Dear Developers, be sure to expand the experience! :)

This game is pretty fun, hopefully more maps will be added. At time moment this game is overpriced for the gameplay it provides. You can finish this game in 20-30 minutes or more if you want to complete this game by getting all the achievements.

Just played it for the first time while doing a Let's Play for my channel, and it was a lot of fun. I had played the Zoo Tycoon games a while ago for a little bit, but it is more fun to be the animal running wild.

From my 30 minutes of playing this game. I found that the game was very repetitive and I've almost completed the game.

I've experienced a couple bugs.

- I froze on a loading screen twice.
- I froze in the game menu once.
- On one of the levels the hunters and civilians seemed to walk and run on the spot and not move.

It seems that this game is fun but it would probably only last me an hour of gameplay then I would uninstall it and never play it again.

It would be more fun with friends as you can have up to 4 players, playing it which would add some competition but I am yet to experience that.

Maybe the developer could add a multipler if he has 1-4 players it would be the same thing exept people playing on different computers.

Overall this game looked cool but the gameplay its self is minium it gets repetitive but can give you some fun so I rate this game a 6/10 for fun and the game texutes are also pretty minium I have no idea why a quad core 3.0 GHz processor and a high end graphics card is in the game spec requirements. I give the games texture quality a 7/10

I would recommend this game still though because it still provides fun but not for long periods of time.

Please leave your brain at the entrance, no need for it here.
However, how many f's in fun?
That's right one f in fun, and this is one f in fun game!
If you need a little mindless distraction, this will do the job.
It won't last long, so enjoy it while it lasts.
