When I decided to activate a key from a IG bundle, I didn't know that the game will be that addictive. Don't let the graphics turn your back on it, they're in reality very very cute. And the quests are very well done: for example, the Dragon master one that I unlocked early in the game, was completed at mid-game, because I needed to do other ones first to get the special item I needed for reaching the place.
And you can do how many times you want a level: once it's unlocked, you can come back later with a new power to reach orbs, xp or new characters. And while the story features some reference to popular culture (the Guy Fawkes mask for example), it has also a good plot.
The gamepad is totally supported and it's true that a platformer game is better played with that kind of material than a keyboard, however, Super Panda Adventures don't have a big inventory and thanks god for that, not many spells: the three I've learned were enough!
It has also some RPG elements like leveling, points to attribute (for improving shield, health, mana or anything else I'm letting discover). It has also orbs that can help you improve your equipment (a very good sword, a very good armor, etc...) but you bet that these orbs are quite a catch.
Each level (well not all but only one is missing these items) has three parts locked by keys (yellow, red, blue). Sometimes, it's in the story, sometimes, it's xp, shields, potions or orbs.
The music is also quite good: it's very adapted to the level you're playing. And don't let you mislead by a panda: the forest isn't the only setting! You'll even be on another planet..
Anyway, I can only recommend this game because the developer made a very good job and that I enjoyed that game very much. And well, who can resist a brave talking panda helping everyone?
