Absolutely Awesome.
I am one of those people that went out of their way to pre purchase BTD5 Deluxe and then this came out on steam and to be honest I was a little dissapointed. However my spirits were rekindled when I found an email from Ninjakiwi in my inbox giving me a free activation code for this game. This goes to show that Ninjakiwi care for their customers and their customer support is outstanding as I have had to email them many times before and have been replied to very promtly. Aside for this, the game is somewhat different to BTD5 Deluxe in the fact that the store does not have as many purchaseable items and instead these have been put into the tier 4 upgrades of the tower buildings you can build in the menu of the game. There are a lot more tracks to play on which I am very pleased about and the replayability value of this game has increased with all new modes such as an impoppable mode which is one difficulty setting above hard. New content is everywhere in this game and lots of updates are being prepared or so Ive heard. Even though I got this game for free thanks to Ninjakiwis wonderful customer service I would still purchase the game as it is wonderful and will give you many hours of playtime. Youll spend your rainy nights listening to the rain on the roof and the continuous popping of bloons. 11/10

I got to rank 74 on BTD5 Deluxe. Then Ninjakiwi did this. First I was mad that I wasted time. Then I realized they were indeed "more awesomer" and gave me a CD key. I had to try this. There goes my life. New towers, maps, UI. Only now the time I spend playing this will be documented for all to see. I would give negative review, but I honestly can't. I can't justify spending this much time on something if it isn't worth recommending. Besides, I enjoy it. Bloons is love. Bloons is life. Maybe it's Stockholm Syndrome. Maybe it's Maybelline.

People say the idea is stupid but when a red bloon crashes into your bloody house in the middle of the night and snatches your family up, you're gonna wish you had a monkey on bath salts that's a world class dart shooting champion there to help you.

I have played Bloons Tower Defence since the first one. If you like tower defence games I highly recommend this one. BTD5 is by far the best one out of all of them. For the steam version they took their online one from their website and their mobile version of it and made it into one.

The Specialist Buildings has four upgrades like in mobile vs three like online.
You also have the towers that are from the mobile version.
You have the Monkey Lab.
They are keeping up with the updates very well on this too
You by far get what you paid for and if you have the deluxe one you get this one for free. (thats how I got this)
Something I think is nice that is new is the fact you can see how much XP you have and much it is to level up, this is the first time they have done that.

The only bad thing I have to say about this is when you play co-op, you don’t have the chat option that you have on their website. When you play easy it is not bad but for the harder maps and higher difficulties it is very useful to be able to talk. I hope they will change this in the future.

The Bloons tower defense series has always been my favorite pastime ever since it was just a flash game. Now that it's on steam it only makes it better. I already enjoyed it before, now i'm gonna enjoy it again.

Reviving the classic genre of Tower Defense strategy games, Bloons takes simplicity and a non-cynical approach to the scene. While many others of its kind boast fancy weaponry, tenacious foes and gruesomely intense gameplay, Bloons delivers a casual yet surprisingly fun experience for both the experienced tactician and the easygoing gamer alike.

The objective of Bloons is straightforward, pure and fun. Not to mention that you're using monkeys to stop the most evil threat known to mankind: balloons. (Honestly, what's more terrifying than a bright red balloon or 300?)

With dozens of perplexing tracks, varieties of "enemies" and powerful upgrades for your dart-tossing, bomb-blasting, spike-pouring arsenal, Bloons TD 5 is a well-rounded game that's easy to enjoy and hard to put down.

If you enjoy playing the free flash version of this game then this is an improvement on that game. Pick it up in a sale as I don't feel it is worth the full price.

Very good game only occassional problems, but the fact of the matter is that for one reason, and this is my own opinion, when I am playing multiplayer id prefer to be able to contact my teammate, which I am easily able to do on the website. Other than that It's a great game that I'd recommend to anyone.

I spent hundreds of hours on previous PC and android version, and was really happy to see it on Steam. Bright, colourful, HD graphics. Easy to get into, but challenging enough in the harder levels. Unlockable/upgradeable towers. Zero microtransactions.

Bloons TD5 really has everything a casual game should. For me it stands with the first Plants Vs Zombies as the best casual games ever.

Monkey sub spam 10/10

All ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles aside, this is a pretty fun game.
This game has alot of content. 21 towers with 8 upgrades each and buildings for each tower granting buffs to them.
If the 55 different maps with 5 different map difficulties avaible to be played in easy, medium, hard and impoppable modes aren't enough to satisfy your balloon-busting needs, then maybe the 250 random missions, numerous daily challenges and 10 special missions will suffice. There's even a meth lab where you can inject 47th, 48th and probably even 49th chromosomes into your beloved monkey underlings, so that they can do all kinds of unnatural things to your enemies. Many of the premium upgrades have been integrated into the specialty building system, so your monkeys can't reach elder godhood, which is a good thing. Probably.
Unfortunately co-op is slightly buggy.

People love to leave in the middle of a co-op session and there is no co-op chat from my understanding, but aside from that, the game is great. Didnt get any lag and i got as far as wave 120.
Adds a few towers, though i will say the Sub is kinda op.

Game also crashes occationally. I had it crash once during Single player kinda randomly, but the real issue is that it tends to crash often in Co-op. I think thats why some people dsconnect late in the game on co-op.

I still reccomend the game, but keep this in mind. Hope they release a patch that fixes that.

If Steam kept track of the hours I played on the Flash version it would be a pretty depressingly high number.

10/10 Would get depressed about wasting my life again.
