Worst game ever. Jumping is impossible to control, and you cant aim upwards. this makes the boss (actually just an average enemy with lots of health) on Test 6 impossible. You have no room to dodge, and you can't shoot the projectiles because you can't aim upwards properly. This game feels like its in VERY early alpha, and seems like it would of taken a couple of days to make. This game shouldn't even be on Steam, it's complete garbage.

Why?
Why can I bunnyhop and won't stop jumping?
Why is there unlimited ammo?
Why are there pitfalls everywhere?
Why does the game change its pace every level?

Controls are kinda awkward, especially that bunny hopping can easily kill you. And the game needs to decide what it wants to be. Sometimes it's a shooter, sometimes a bad 3d platformer. Level design seems arbitrary to me with obvious misdesigns. Why do I have to get the bat and don't have it from the beginning? Enemy AI is non-existant. Why change the environement in level 6? Why insta-kill lava without warning? Why why why?

I honestly could not stand this game even though I played through the first five levels. Being hard is one thing, being frustrating another. Do not buy this, even for one buck. Sorry.

The soundtrack is good though. And it has cards. I don't care.

Not sure if this should be even called a "game". But I am sure about another thing - this should NOT be available to worldwide customers on Steam. If disrespecting gamers community will not be stopped, soon they will offer to us nothing, and we will have to pay for it. Making games is like an art... just like painting when it comes to imagination... Dead Bits is like empty easel.

Hold left click to shoot, doesn't shoot. Where is the audio controls? Nowhere. This game makes me want to make a Lego hole and hide in it. The reason they called this Dead Bits was because they used the leftover bits of all the bad, dead games in the world and pieced them together.

I don't enjoy being too critical, but this game is very disappointing even when I had little expectations to begin with. The scenary is very pretty, but the story, maps, enemies, and combat are all VERY bland and frankly not interesting. This doesn't feel like an actual full feature game, rather it feels like a rough concept for a game that never came into fruition.

Holy f-ing shiat you g*ddamed a-holes! A shareware quality game with bad graphics and a dubstep soundtrack I can buy for $5??? WHERE DO I SIGN?

I like how you can pop in a controller and get the WSAD movements out of it, but nothing else.

worth less than the $.50 I wasted on it.

I really cannot suggest the game. Got it on sale very cheap, wasn't impressed. It loses its charm fast. I don't think its even worth its cost on sale, feels like it should be a free flash game you would play on Kongregate or Armor Games or something. I hope the devs didn't put a lot of time or effort into it.

Maybe a 3/10.

Dead Bits is dead upon install, admittedly it seems like an unpolished alpha build whereby you play fragmented areas and simply have to kill the block zombies to progress. The "combat" is first person shooter style although the guns feel disjointed and the AI is awful coupled with the basic gameplay mechanics of run and gun. The soundtack isn't even bundled with the core game, had it been it would be conceivable to say its worth a purchase if just for that. I cannot recommend this game, regardless of whether you are a fan of the block artstyle or zombie survival.

Frost Orb made a game about his dubstep. A very frustrating one. You can get stuck in corpses or die randomly somewhere close to the end just because you "didn't get" the idea. And you start over. Mechanics are a bit awkward, something you would really need to get used to first. If you're considering buying it then wait until it's on sale. You know it's trashy. And probably not that Nicolas-Cage-way trashy you know, it's the real thing. This only has 9 levels but it would really be enough, trust me.

CAUTION:
This game is not for lefti handed and/or and french people with a qwerty keyboard.

I am sure this game can be fun, but there is no way to reconfigure the keys, So no luck for lefties,Also, I have a qwerty keboard and the game think i have an azerty keboard. My computer is set in french but my steam is in english, and this is the only software i have seen with this problem.

For me this game is unplayable....

This particular game was created in the depths of tartarus, roasted in the fires of hell itself, christened by the antichrist, and finally ejaculated by Adolf Hitler and Nigel Farage.
10/10 would recommend, M9.
