The Steam Store's description of this game is short on information, so I'll try to add a bit more to the discussion. Cobi Treasure Deluxe is certainly functional
as a Match 3 puzzler, but its core mechanic, manuevering the blocks, just feels unwieldy. If the blocks are along either side of the screen, it becomes impossible to rotate them, forcing the player to move one space left or right, rotate, then move back. This has caused me to make multiple mistakes. There are additional items that can break up the monotony--check the video to see some in action--and this is a good addition, causing the player to rethink his or her strategy. The game seems to be envisioned as a low-budget time-killer, and I will agree that it's good for that much. But with better games out there in this genre, why not kill your time with those instead? I quit after an hour in.
