This game is flatout the best crash'em up racing game of all time and still is period. The best part is now it will run at best possible settings on even the most modest of computers.

Don't get Flatout3!!! It is not made by the same people and it sucks.

This game is absolutely amazing.

This game made up about 25% of my childhood and the nostalgic feels are crazy with this game. Set aside the memories, the game has great gameplay. Unlike your average derby game, this game combines derbies with racing - allowing races with collision as well. The game offers much more than just derbies, from silly and fun events (bowling, basketball, ski jump, etc.) to racing in tournaments. Flatout 2 has amazing controls and the physics in the game are remarkable. It's just simply impossible to explain in words how amazing this game is. 10/10

FlatOut 2
is in all a great game that fans of arcade fun takes a longer time, also thanks to the number of mini-games that it offers. The graphic can play basically nothing much to criticize, perhaps only occasional overlapping parts of the car (if you have a car with platform, here there passes a piece of the floor of the chassis, through the wings from time to time you see a piece of the wheel). The roaring sounds about as well as they should, hitting a metal pipe sounds metallic, into a tree and woody in all thunders powerful engines, which does not sound like the neighbor Fichtl. The musical accompaniment is composed of more than twenty stock from authors such as Papa Roach, Nickelback, Megadeth and Rob Zombie, and it certainly is not the item you off in the menu first. HW requirements are within the limits of endurance, which you can read in the table under review. If you do not desire for realistic simulation, but after a really fun racing title, I FlatOut 2 is recommended. At that price, half the English version, there's nothing better you can not get.

Enjoy Game CZ/SK/ENG etc.

Awesome! Its 2014 and I play this game with so much fun as few years ago. Great style, impresion, music, addictive gameplay, music, graphics, did I mentioned music?, music, music.

To be clear: This is not a racing simulator. It is an arcade car game made for fun and joy. But I think it has more to reality than NFS series since "theunderground" (driver can jump through the windshield :P )

For me game scores 10/10

So much fun!

+amazing driving model
+not bad graphic (like for game from 2006)
+best licensed soundtrack of all time
+long campaign (about 25 tournaments)
+creative minigames
+good AI in Derby
-AI in Race Mode is a bit worse than in FlatOut
-few bugs and crashes

9.5/10

One of the best racing games of all time.

This game is kinda good and oldschool but its not worth to buy tbh. I bought it to play with my friends but cant even do that. It says it has multiplayer and in-game there is multiplayer but u cant connect or anything o.O it's pretty stupid and I'd say dont buy unless u like to play alone and just drive fast and loud.

this is possibly the best game in creation, it may be old but the graphics still look realy good, the driving is awsome, the damage beats any forza, and the sountrack is the pretty much the best ive heard in years, if you ask me GET THIS GAME its so much better than half the games you find now, it has a smaller size, its cheaper, and heaps for you money so once again GET THIS GAME. my rating oo/10

A brilliant racing game, not to mention the destruction you can cause makes it so much more fun. A great soundtrack, too. This game also gives me great nostalgia, as I used to play it a lot when I was younger. Much better than the first game. I'd suggest getting this.

FlatOut completely describes this game. Bugbear certainly published a winner with this one. I don't normally write reviews for games but in this case I simply had to. Also, I normally don't go for arcadey types of racing games but this is so much fun that I had to purchase it and I am not a bit sorry that I did. I've only got 6 hours into it and I'm still at the demolition portion of the game (can't afford the big boys yet!) and I know that I have hours left in order to finish it but am determined to do so. I'm 65 so I hope I last that long. Now, I'm sure that the purists would point out many flaws in the physics, and I'm sure that the grafics aren't the prettiest but damn, I don't care this is FUN! I have all the other pure sims (Asseto Corsa, Grid2, Grid AutoSport and so forth, but for pure, fun family games to me, this takes the cake. Thanx BugBear for producing it and Steam for offering it. Buy it and rev it up! Thanx. The Managment. Oh, grab a hot dog in the city after someone wrecks you....Chicago style please!

Cool racing game, a bit hicky control-system, but a fun-to-play game with friends. Too bad steam has decided to make it a only LAN game multiplayer. It's the best from the series in my opinion.

Flatout 2, more adrenaline fueled arcade demolition derby racing ... but with ragdoll physics. You crash and the driver flies uncontrollably through the windshield. Arcade mini-games have you trying to hit targets with the expelled driver or reach higher jumps. Great tongue-in-cheek fun. Prepare to do crazy things to get style points and achievements!
