Lovely Planet is a dazzling shooter which captivates casual and core-gamers alike with it's frenetic yet relaxing gameplay.

-Short, high-octane levels make it fun to fail, knowing that each attempt brings you closer to a perfect run.
-With an unbelievable soundtrack, the game never gets repetitious or boring.
-It's clean, minimalist aesthetic makes everything immediately readable.
-As the game throws more enemies and obstacles your way, each level becomes it's own little puzzle.
-Sugar tarts launch you like 50ft into the air

Get ready to "git gud m8", and if you can't get ready to do just that... well then this game might not be for you. This game will sharpen you reflexes and make you twitch that mouse like you never have before! So crank up that DPI, hold your breath, and NEVER STOP MOVING FORWARD!

I once failed to ACE a level by les than 1/100th of a second.

Verdict:
REPLAY/10

This game is literally full of joy, with a little bit of anger and struggle. Anyway, the gameplay is neat, useful to relieve (or gain) stress. The soundtrack is spectacular, god damn does it feel good listening to these joyful songs in the morning.

You remember that time you spent six bucks on a hamburger with fries and then enjoyed it for four minutes while sitting alone in your car?
4 minutes of enjoyment
6 dollars of your money
That's a crap tradeoff considering you could have bought this game instead.

I bought this game today and I've already enjoyed over an hour of gameplay.

Skip the burger and fries. You know your fat ♥♥♥ could use a break.
Mine certainly can.

Fun to train for other FPS games, requires good reaction time and adaptability. Fans of Katamari Damacy art and music should enjoy this as well.

If, like me, you have a past of fast paced FPS (Quake 3, Warsow, HL, etc.) you will like this game. To climb the global leaderboard you need to be fast and smart. The musics are also great, especially the one in the City levels. Add me to your friend list and try to beat my times.

Good luck!

Created by a madman from Hell, lovely planet is a gore-filled massacre of a shooter, far superior to games like doom. You shoot skulls of the deceased at the rotting flesh of demons. With a silenced blood covered assault rifle. Even with the limited amount of playtime i have it was obvious that this game would be a challenge and would require the fastest reflexes. Luckily, i trained for 8 years in a Mongolian monastery to gain the fastest wrists, so this wasn't too much of a challenge for me.

The main enemy is a man/woman by the name of smoth, a sickened, cruel individual who has mastered these burning lands and has come to lead them. Their reign extends to the farthest reach of this game's universe and is ever apparent at the end of each level.

Luckily though, this game has (the equivalent of) pyrovision to prevent post traumatic stress disorder amongst it's players. But the original theme is still very apparent. You save the innocents, all of which were misguided and enslaved as you attempt to restore order to the world.

This is, in all seriousness, a developer to keep an eye on. In the short amount of time i've played i can already see the upcoming challenge of the game.
