Steam downloads game soundtracks to a separate folder in your game's Steamapps directory. You can right-click on a game in your Steam Library, select Properties>Local Files and click Browse Local Files to access that game's directory.

It's great music, it's 99 cents at maximum retail price, and you get it in two solid formats. The sole problem is that there are only 9 tracks in the whole game, some of which loop in their respective sections of the game - but that's not really a complaint with the arrangement itself. By all means snag this if you liked the music.
