About the Game

The Culling Of The Cows is a side-scrolling shooter / tower defence game. You will take the role of Sammy, a soliloquizing schizophrenic farmer with a self prophesied mission to lay waste to the disease spreading over his farm.

With his dusty old 12 gauge at his side and god at his back, Sammy isn’t going to be taking too kindly to the infectious chaos of the big city’s leaking its way out into wild country. When all the lunacy started Sammy consulted God on what he should do, and the response was. KILL THEM! KILL THEM ALL!!!!

Not worth the price.
Somewhat fun, but not worth a penny above $5 in my opinion. The game itself is only 80MB big. Speech in the game is sub-par at best. Gets annoying even after 10 minutes of it. Wait for a big sale if you absolutely MUST get this game.

It seems like despite the indie retro-craze that's been going strong for the past few years, many of them, while awesome, fail to capture that old school 90s insanity that I find myself aching for when playing a classic on an emulator just doesn't hit the spot. This baby doesn't disappoint - especially if you can grab it during a Steam Sale like I just did. The atmosphere, humor, sound and feel of the action all come together to form a pretty hilarious and addictive package of nonsensical carnage. If you dug games like Zombies Ate my Neighbors and Smash TV, pick this one up. It doesn't have the exploration they did, but the feel is right at home.

Its a good game that is kinda cheap feeling and repetitive but fun nonetheless. Play it drunk or high and you'll love it.

Another game from Decaying Logic!
I like very much the art from this company, that´s why I chose to buy this game in the first place,
also looked so funny, and indeed it is.
At the beginning is "quite" easy, but it get´s harder sooner rather than later.
Many stuff to help you kill those d*** zombies, like different bullets, and customizations for the weapon.
One of the cool things this game has, its that the guy can shoot backwards in a cool pose haha.

Played already quite many hours, I struggled with many of the stages, and I also wanted to try different ways of completing certain ones that were quite crazy, sooooo many cows! :)

This feels like an SNES or Genesis game - looks like it, too. Not much for story, the gameplay isn't very deep. It's a good way to waste a little time, though.
