About This Game

THE FIRST STEALTH GAME SET IN THE MERCILESS AND FRENETIC WORLD OF WORK!

Are You Late For Work? Start Panicking!

Gary is an office worker who oversleeps after a drunken night out on the town. Here’s where it gets tricky, because this isn’t the first time Gary’s been late for work, and he could be fired if he’s spotted arriving at his desk after everyone else yet again. So he’ll have to prove he’s smart and sneaky enough to make his way up all the 22 floors between him and his office without being seen.

  • Hide in closets, crawl through air vents, slink along the walls… nobody must spot you!
  • Use everything in your reach to get to the end of the level: hide behind a newspaper, smash a vending machine with a well-aimed kick, or use donuts to lure the security guards away.
  • Want to drive your colleagues crazy, knock them out, poison them or even expose them to harmful radiation?
  • Want to booby-trap photocopiers, creep around under a cardboard box or give laxatives to your co-workers?
  • Want to settle the score with your bosses?
From the basement to the boss’s office via the research and development labs, explore the zany little universe of LEVEL 22, Gary’s Misadventures.

Very enjoyable game. Whenever I feel slightly bored already, it comes up with just a little "something" to add more interesting gameplay mechanics into the game. The Boss fights are pretty refreshing experience. Overally I really enjoyed the game and I give it 8/10!

A cute arcade-style stealth game. It's difficult to say it's a true stealth game, but it's close enough. As Gary, you must sneak into the office and get to your desk before anyone realises you are late!

It uses simple point-and-click controls that don't always do as you tell it to, but is generally pretty consistent. Level design is linear, you have to do things in a specific way. There are collectables and secrets to find though and for the puzzle nuts there is a secret code hidden in each level to open the safe. The codes are pretty obscure though, especially later in the game. The boss fights are a nice quirk and the story is... well, it's sort of got one.

It's barely four hours worth of gameplay; more if you collect everything. Worth picking up as a little timewaster between titles.

4/10 at best for me personally. The 1st half of the game is great leaving me curious as to whether the other positive reviewers on here actually finished the game. The biggest issue are the controls. The clicking to move the character leaves too much opportunity for messing up in the later stages that require a lot of precision. There were times where if i click too close to a wall i wouldn't move at all and sometimes where we would just walk in the opposite direction. too inconsistent. If I could have controlled my character with a simple dpad and or stick this game would be exponentially better. Maybe I'm too accustomed to old school control schemes but the click to move and ultimatley touch based controls ruined the experience for me on an exponential level. Unfortunate since I was extremely excited for this game and I love both top down games and stealth games. Oh well. If you enjoy touch controls then you may have a blast if you are more comfortable with tactile and physical feedback pass on this one. Oh and some of the safe combinations are ridiculous and are almost necessary to look up to figure out. I don't want to spoil but if you do play you will understand. k bye.

Nice game, brought it at a bundle but would not buy it for the full price. It has 11 hour campaign.

It would be nice if they add a level editor, because 11 our of campaign isn't very much :D

Well, this game is exactly what i thought it was going to be; a rage machine. Being stuck at the second boss is a little disheartening.

level 22 is a fun stealth game which has very easy controls. though the game is not very long i completed it 100% so it took me a bit longer than it would someone who just speeds through it. I thgink the game is tons of fun for what its worth, the art style is nice and the dialouge with the chracters can be funny. if you want something simple and fun this is definate buy.

A really nice and funny little game. The design is consistently clever; every level introduces new items or techniques, and if you want the game to last longer, you can always hunt for hidden toys and safe codes.
Dialogs are funny, although a bit short and scarce. I personally find the whole idea hilarious. Getting to the end of the game is a bit hard, and even tedious at times, but I found it was definitely worth it.
Musics are repetitive and not really interesting but the art is nice and makes up for it.

This is a really fun little game. The stealth mechanics are simple and work more like solving a puzzle, which I like. I also like the sense of humor, the conversations with the slacker friend are hilarious, and I like how silly all the various "gadgets" are. You get to use laxatives on a guy in the second set of levels, that's just great. It's cheap, it runs on low end machines easy, and it has a great sense of humor. It's everything I'm looking for in a budget title.

The game is very similar to "Neighbours from Hell", it is rather good! I especially liked the Russian flag on his socks in the intro ^_^
