We've just pushed beta33 with a few tweaks to the audio and a number of stability fixes. As of beta31 we've been getting automatic exception reports through Unity Cloud Services, which is making it much simpler to find and fix all sorts of issues—wish I'd known about it months ago! :)
Now that the audio is in and a release date is looking closer, we'll soon be increasing the price of Mini Metro. The original intention, back in August 2014, was to steadily increase the price until launch as the planned features were added. The first increase was always going to be happen when audio went in ... seemed like a good idea back when we expected it in after only a few months.
So, if you're waiting to pick up Mini Metro, now's your chance! If you already do (thanks!), tell your friends to get in while the going's good. Preferably all of them, repeatedly. Just keep at it until they cave.
After more than a year in Early Access (how did that happen!?), audio is now in on the main branch. We hope you enjoy it! We're working on a few issues, and Disasterpeace is busy perfecting it, so there may be some changes over the next couple of weeks.
In other news, we've redesigned the city selection screen to show a city preview again, as well as a short description of what to expect from each city.
