Probably the closest we'll get to Portal 3. Overall, a wonderfully satisfying mod.

Weak points of this mod:

- The story is very thin. Don't expect the carefully-planned plot of Portal 1 or 2. It sets the premise but that's about it. It's almost entirely superfluous. The ending is almost nonsensical, but in the end, it's about as sensible as the rest of what passes for a plot. Fortunately, the point of this mod isn't the story.
- It is also quite short. Expect about 1 hour play time. That's understandable, considering the small number of people who made this. But I really enjoyed it, so 9 levels aren't enough!
- The progression of difficulty is a bit out-of-order. The hardest level was about half-way through (level 6, I think), and thereafter things seemed to get easier. But maybe that was just my learning curve.

Strong points of this mod:
- This mod is well made, especially considering the small number of people behind it. The visual style is very nice--it is unique to the mod, but based heavily on Portal 2's graphics, so you still feel that you're in a different section of the same game. Everything is so shiny and smooth! The sound clips and so on are pretty much all from Portal 2 as well. I had no problem with glitchy graphics.
- The time machine mechanism is explained nicely with computer screens that have Bendy demonstrating various skills. Much like the original Portal, the first several chambers are very helpful in building up your skills for the harder levels later on. This is a very useful way of teaching how to use the time machine without changing the feel of Portal too much, because, unlike cube- and button-based testing, it's not at all obvious from the get-go.
- The actual mechanism of the time machine is *very* fun. I feel that it wasn't utilised to its full extent here--there is a lot more that could be done with it. But most of the chambers have multiple solutions, all requiring use of the time machine, so you can play to your strengths and figure things out in a variety of ways.
- Level design is very nice. As in Portal, the early levels make it fairly clear what needs solving, but later ones become more open-ended. Every level has been designed with the time machine strongly in mind. It's quite impressive, when you consider the potential complexity given by the time machine.
- It's free!

Considering the price ($0), this is definitely worth playing. I would absolutely recommend it as a fun mini-continuation of Portal 2. The graphics, mechanism, and level design are all at a very high standard, higher than most games that cost actual money.

Alright, if you ask yourself "Do I need to download this mod"(Which is weird because it's free and almost everyone say it's awesome), this review is gonna show you exactly why you should.

Plot
Ok, so the plot is kind of a meh, and a bit cliche as a time travel story, but the start is amazing as you have already seen in the trailer.

Length
It's not as long as Portal 2, but as it works on the same principle of Co-Op(Think for two players), so the difficulty would make it feel longer.

Difficulty
This mod is much more challanging than the actual game. Really, even Portal 1 isn't hard like some of these chambers. Lovers of challanges, you're gonna LOVE this mod.

Differences From the Base Game
Ok, almost everything is now completley retextured and looks awesome.

Overall
Overall, this is a great mod, very challanging, a bit short, and while Portals are not the main mechanic anymore, you should all play this. It's also free and you can see your legs.

It's a co-op partner I don't argue with.
Seriously though, if a puzzle gets messed up somehow, you know it's your fault. In normal co-op, you'd just blame the other person. In this, you know that if something messed up, it's down to you.

Brilliant game, basically portal 3

Death 1: plunged headfirst (metaphorically) into deadly water ( i didnt see it)
Death 2: Walked casually into a death wall (who reads those signs, anyway?)
Death 3: accidentially jumped into water

Will add other deaths that happen as i play

p.s. control = bend over

This is amazing, just make the puzzles a little easier, add more chambers to the story, and add beemod 2 instead of 1. Other than that, this mod is AMAZING. Add a boss battle and expand the story a little and add narration also.

This is a nice small set of Portal puzzles that incorporate the ability to record your actions for a few seconds, and then play those back so you can interact with that recording. For example, a basic action is recording yourself standing on a button that opens a door, and then playing that back to keep the door open. This does applies to portals and lets you effectively run two portals (one set from your recording, and another of your own set).

There are a few glitches with the mod due to this mechanic (in one case, a puzzle kept crashing on me unless I placed portals in the right order), but its still fully playable. They do keep a nice common aesthetic for the game and have created good pictorial tutorials in the manner of Valve's to explain the time mechanics.

The only fault of this is that it feels too short. Just as I was getting the hang of using the time mechanics (and the game is reasonably forgiving here in the recording aspect) it was over. There is the option for more community made puzzles, but I'd have like to see maybe about 5 to 10 more puzzles. But as a free mod, this is very little to complain about.

it is a good twist on the game portal my only complaint is that it is short. but you can get tests from the workshop. a good game that you should get.and it is free if you have portal 2.
