Prepare to leap out of the frying pan, and into the fiery bowels of hell's own molten magma kitchen stove in this all but candid, gritty, action thriller. Slay demons, vanquish peons, melt down physical embodiments of your own nightmares into piles of smoldering ash. Play as the gleaming jaws of justice known as Fredrick E. Fish with your glorious sidekick who owns the appearance of those peas you would always push around with your fork at the dinner table. Never again feel an empty hole within you, void of fish gutting, fin serating, slime slinging action; it is now right here at your fingertips' disposal. The only thing I could do when I launched this game was try and pick my jaw up from the floor due to the explosive impact of my kelp seeds being cast into oblivion. I can't give this game a 10/10, it would be too meager. Fish/10, would find my kelp seeds again.

I picked this up for nostalgic purposes and I've gotta say, I still enjoyed it. It was a great kids game back in the day, and yet here I am again over a decade later finding Grandma Grooper's kelp seeds for old times' sake. If any of you parents on steam are reading this, for the love of God buy this game for your kid.

A fun little adventure from 1994. Aimed at young kids, its a simple point and click game similar to the likes of Arthur's Teachers Trouble. It does have a lot of stuff to click on to entertain it's young audience. Its short, but quite entertaining for a while.

During the late 90’s/early 2000’s Humongous Entertainment released an absolutely fantastic stream of “edutainment” point and click adventures for children. These titles focus on a range of light academics including basic geography, basic to upper elementary level mathematics, logical thinking, critical thinking and puzzle solving, topped off with reinforcement of good manners and polite social etiquette. At the lower end of the age spectrum, they may require some adult supervision and supportive guidance, but there is no better series of games for a child’s first venture into PC gaming.

If I recall correctly, I didn’t get into Freddi Fish until I had already become fairly invested in Putt-Putt. Because of this, I don’t have the same nostalgic tie to the franchise. That being said, there are still scenes of this game that upon replaying, were as vivid in my mind as the day I first played them. The Missing Kelp Seeds was the first Freddi Fish game I played and I enjoyed it immensely. The change in scenery helped keep me engaged and also broadened my academic interests as a child.

Charles Babbage The father of the computer had a dream, he dreamed about a small box with a glass screen, and in it he saw something beautiful, something colourfull with a more heartwarming feeling than a million smiling babies (All at once if i may add!) it was Freddi fish. Charles Babbage knew he had to be the one who helped computers become reality so that Humongous Entertainment would one day make the thing he saw in his dream. Poor Charles didn't live to see this game that he invented the computer for, but he was happy. He had seen it in a dream, and he knew he helped to make this game possible.

Buy it, for it's the Father of the computer Charles Babbage's dream.
Lets make our father proud.

Buy Freddi Fish, save humanity!

This game was one of the many adventure games I played as a child. I decided to venture into the depths of the ocean once again to revisit a happy part of my childhood, and dare I say it was quite awesome.

Being a mystery adventure game there are of course puzzles that are quite simple and not exactly challanging. It took me one hour to complete this game and that's because I took my sweet time to interact with everything and have a nostalgia overload. The puzzles mainly consist of you talking to different sea creatures and desiphering their clues. The dialoges are charming and well written, and it never feels like a chore to talk to anyone. There are also some special features in this game that is quite classic with older adventure games. For one thing you can interact with everything. If there is a rock somewhere on the level you can click it and a small crab orchester begins to play, or a shark dances for you, or a hula dancer takes the rock and does indescribable things to it.

I recommend this game for those of you that played this as a child and want to have a rush of nostalgia visit for approximately an hour. It's one of the games that still live up to its name despite you being 20 years older and isn't just tedious with bad humour and lousy gameplay. And although I am very nostalgic about the game, I think it could be played by somebody that didn't have this as a child.

A short, but cute game for children. The artwork is nice and the voice acting isn't terrible. It teaches good values (and math!) without being annoying. I'm 28 years old and I enjoyed this game, it had a good balance of problem solving and storytelling. Some things are pretty weird, like a concert you are not obligated to visit, where some of the performances are... um... to say the least... strange.

My 3 year old beat this game in one day (several hours) and didn't want to stop playing. She loves playing it over and over again. It was easy enough for her to figure out what to do but challenging enough to keep her interested.

Still as good as it was back then. I recall skipping cutscenes and had no idea what the story was about. I also recall beating it countless times in computer class. That teacher may be the reason I love point and click adventure games.

Can't recommend it to those that have no emotional connection towards it

10/10 Pure nostalgia

went 27/3/19 in an online multiplayer match called in my nuke and won what seemed like a lost game.
The multiplayer is amazing, but the story mode was dull.
