Making History: The Great War edge build posted

We have posted a new "edge" version of the game for testing - if you want to try it out right click on the game in your Library, select Properties and then Betas. The branch is "edge" and the code is "BleedingEdge". Full release notes:

- Leaving an alliance now cancels all military access agreements

- Improve use of new sub torpedo attack
- Improved handling of naval units

- Fixed wrapping ethnicities issue for the government panel
- Military Morale in the Military Panel and the Government panel should now be the same
- Added Scrolling to the alliance treaty and declare war windows in the government panels
- Fixed population growth tooltip to show actual population growth instead of MPU growth
- Art Pass on the Nation Start Screen
- Call Allies buttons when allies are available moved to the bottom in the Declare War Panel
- Art pass on the Government Summary Panel
- Fixed the MPU Growth showing 100 times more MPUs generated than actually added in the Government Summary Panel

New Great War Features Added

The latest update adds a new Submarine Torpedo Attack order. Players can now use their wolf packs to sneak up on enemy naval groups, fire torpedoes and retreat. This type of attack can be countered with the presence of Destroyers who have a chance to detect the subs and shoot first. Grouping your naval units takes on greater importance as does the race to gain anti-submarine tech to defeat this lethal combat tactic.

As with land and air units, we've improved naval combat tooltips and group information. A new Out of Fuel Penalty has been added that reduces combat effectiveness when ships run out of Coal or Fuel. This will devalue parking ships in mid-ocean. Additionally, naval units without fuel cannot interdict trade.

We’re also looking at ways to improve player feedback. The Summary Panel now shows the progress of all your Recruitment and Construction projects. We have more plans to develop this area of the UI and we encourage your feedback and ideas.

More naval focused AI, UI enhancements and improvements are planned for the next update.
