About This Game

The Broforce: Deliver your own brand of shock and awe with dozens of bros each with their own unique weaponry and special attacks designed to dispatch freedom across the world.

Bro-Op & Deathmatch: Battle terrorism with up to four players in cooperative mode or sever ties with your bros and face each other in several bombastic competitive modes.

Explosion Run: Join up with other bros to tackle these unique time attack levels under the pressure of exploding terrains and mass chaos.

Fully Destructible Everything: Destructible terrain opens up a slew of strategic options while the abundance of Exploding Red Barrels of Justice™ can literally level the playing field with one shot.

Have you ever wanted to run through every single third world country, yelling "FREEEEEDOOOOM" at the top of your lungs, slaughtering every single ski-mask wearing terrorist mook in your way? Have you ever wanted to purge the world of true evil, only to realize the the impending invasion of the Xenomorphs from the Aliens movie series, kill them, then venture to the depths of hell to kick Satan in the balls? Ever wanted to be 007, and kill someone by throwing a Martini on their head, resulting in getting the achievement "Shaken, not stirred"?

Now you can.

Broforce seems to suffer from a split personality. Most things up to the final Hell level are about having goofy silly fun. From that point on something else takes over and it becomes about being a retro platformer (read: fiendishly and arbitrarily difficult and dependent on getting the right bro, regardless of the difficulty setting)

Even if the Hell level wasn't all about punishing the player it's horrendously long and an uninspired endless recycling of the same resources, seemingly just to put some extra hours on a game that has no more tricks up it's sleeve.

What's worse is that save points follow a logic only the developers seems to understand. There are save points and then there are save points. The first apply as long as you don't quit the game, the second when you do. So spend an hour defeating a boss and take a well earned break (or just go to the menu to change a setting!) and you're back to a pre-boss save point. Why? Lord only knows. It cannot be for the sake of enjoyment because you're bound to be sick to death of it by then.

And this final point is where the an otherwise heartfelt recommendation becomes a thumbs down for me. A developer who punishes you for taking a break (!) is a developer who doesn't deserve your money.

I just finished the game on normal and its eaten up around 18 hours, I had plently of fun playing the game and it is definitaly worth the buy. I recommend the game to anyone who likes chaotic, funny, and sometimes challenging fights. The boss fights where all very difficult, fun and unique. This game is truely unique and amazing.

Crazy to think I would stand in front of an arcade machine at Mr. Gatti's and pump quarters into a machine to play games like this 20 years ago.

Now I can do it in the comfort of my own home, minus the quarters and standing parts.

A game for men.

Testosterone at it's best. However it can get a little repetitive. That being said it's still great fun!

I can't even hear the music over the sound of freedom.

Have you ever thought to yourself, "Man, I just need to shoot everything in sight and watch explosions descimate large chucks of everything"? If you have, this is the game for you! It's non-stop action, sprinkled with some comedy, and jam packed with exploding bodies and the flamming remains of just about eveything on your screen. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll kill. It's fast paced fun.

Well, what can I say? It's a great game. It's a fun 2D shooter that feel like the child of Contra and raised by every action movie from the 80's and 90's era. You can play as your favorite characters from Terminator, Commando, Rambo, Aliens, Die Hard, The Matrix, Delta Force, Walker Texas Ranger to even Dirty Harry and Tank Girl and many many more. Each character plays differently from the last and not one feel like the same. The game plays great with keyboard and mouse but feel much more natural with a gamepad. You can play this game with a friend online or local multiplayer for campaign or versus mode. I played the hell out of this game on the PS4 and on the PC it's even better. Less load times, level editor included, mod support and down loadable levels from the online community for a high replay value. Even without online functionality, the game still retains a high replay value. This game is easily a 10/10 for me. It's the perfect game with absolutely no flaws. Wow. I never give any game a perfect 10/10 but this one is it.

1.Go to gym

2.PLAY AS BADASS CHARACTER IN THIS F**KING GAME

+Its challenging
+Fun co-op
+Aliens

-Its proplably better go to the gym

Somewhere Something happen and blah blah ... its about Story , this game is about to make awsome and fun moments for you and your friends with your childhood's heroes ! simple gameplay but addictive with great sound tracks. 10/10

I think this is the best pixel graphics 2D game I've ever played. It has cool bros, and cool aliens to fight. And you can kill terrorists with explosive fried chicken!!! And pee on Satan's grave!!! I would rate this game: 9/10! Buy it, you will love it! This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome!

Perfect Game to play with bro/friends or alone.
Its fun to play Platformer which is very much entertaining and dont let you quit the game so fast.
I really enjoyed this game as Platformer Genre. i have played many Platformer games but they weren't that satisfying to me but this game made me play it for long.

I will give this game 9.5/10 :)

It worths a buy but better if you get it on sale.
the games campaign is long and fun when Alien strikes xD
it also has Versus mode to prove who is cool ;)
Great fun! Completely deserves your money and time :D

It has good gameplay and really great graphical style, but it can be really infuriating sometimes if don't have the right character for the right situation.
