Storm 3: Full Burst was good, but Storm Revolution brings the Storm series back, even better than before!
Pros:
+ Improved Single Player Port
+ Framerate is far better than Storm 3, but still could use some work
+ Gigantic Character Roster
+ Only 3 storylines, but satisfying, especially with anime cutscenes
+ Characters are more fun
+ Characters are balanced
+ Online stops disconnecting during a match

Neutral:
+- Ninja World Tournament is satisfying, but making a 4 player (1v1v1v1) battle system a single player exclusive...... Ehhhhhhhh

Cons:
- Framerate online is STILL awful
- Button commands for all characters are the same; a bit repetitive
- Still a lack of optimization options
- No actual story mode

Overall: 8.3/10 - Glad to see that the PC port improved. Keep up with learning from your mistakes, Bandai Namco! Your games are great, ignoring the port!

In term of additionnal content, the game looks great, though the Ninja tournament Story Mode is, to me, quite boring (mecha naruto? really?). Still, the versus mode was what I was waiting for - and turned out to be a huge disappointment. I have spent hours and hours on NS:UNS 3 with my friends, and we were quite excited to play with the promising new game modes - mean: true awakening, super support drive and combo ultimate jutsu: how could we not be pumped up?

The problem is, when you select one of these mods (and you are obligated to do so, there is no way around, no mod, nothing), the game locks ANY element of gameplay related to the other mods.
Which means : you cannot use your BASIC support style or enjoy your BASIC awakening if you want to have a Combo super jutsu ; you cannot use the BASIC super jutsu and BASIC awakening if you get the better support style, etc.

In the end, half of the old versus gameplay has been cut out of the game, preventing you from using the wide range of possibilities the previous game offered you. There is no classic mode : if you want to battle, you will have to do so without 2 core elements of your gameplay. And this drawback really ruined the game for me, as it really, really limits the choices you can make when in fight, going from a enjoyable and rich decision-making game to a deppressing "kite, vaguely land your combos and wait for your stong move" kind of game. The two new moves (counter attack and guard break attack) do not create enough variety on their own, in my opinion.

TL;DR: If you come for the story, you may be disappointed; if you come for the gameplay and this awesome feeling of epic versus battle with a lot of gameplay possibilities, then by all means, stick to Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. They failed the revamping of the fight system in NSUNS:Revolution, and there is no valid explanation for this.

Grap two Xbox controllers and a friend and you will be going at it for hours.
Very fun and very competitive.
I don't really like the four player battles tho they just kinda get repetitive, but thats just my opinion.

Naruto SUNS Revolution is as good game as Naruto SUNS 3.

There is only one difference:
Revolution has better online battles,
STORM 3 has better gameplay,

I like both very much but if you don't have money for them.. go for STORM 3.
